- flour - 1.5-2 tbsp;

- soda - 1/4 tsp;
- salt - a pinch.
For filling:
- white cabbage - 500 g;
- butter - 20-30 g;
- onion - 1 small head;
- salt and ground pepper.
Preparation:
- Chop with a sharp knife into thin sticks, fry in butter with diced onion.
- 2 minutes before the filling is ready, add salt and pepper.
- Mix kefir with egg, soda (you don’t have to quench it with vinegar, the acid in kefir is enough), salt and flour.
- Place the filling in the mold and fill it with dough.
Bake until golden brown, then remove from the pan and place in a dish, cabbage side up.
How to cook “Cabbage pie from yeast choux pastry”
1. Boil eggs hard. Finely chop the cabbage and pour boiling water over it for five to ten minutes.
2. Rinse the cabbage in a colander with cold water. Squeeze out two large handfuls of cabbage. Mix the squeezed cabbage with chopped eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, bring to a boil, remove from heat, add flour and stir well. Stir yeast and sugar in warm milk. When bubbles appear in the milk mixture, add it to the flour mixture and stir.
4. Divide the dough into two unequal parts. We place one (slightly larger part) in the mold and lay out the filling.
5. Cover the surface of the pie with the remaining dough. Bake in the oven, temperature 225 degrees. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes.

- Prepare the batter by mixing kefir, soda, egg, salt and flour.
- Spread the filling in an even layer over the greased pan and fill with dough.
The jellied pie with cabbage and fish will be ready when an even, golden brown crust forms on top.

Ingredients:
- half a kilo of Chinese cabbage (in extreme cases, you can take white cabbage);
- 1 small onion;
- 70-80 ml kefir (can be replaced with unsweetened yoghurt or fermented baked milk to taste);
- 100 g sifted flour;
- 7 g baking powder;
- 3 eggs;
- salt, ground pepper, sugar and favorite spices to taste;
Cooking time: 70-75 min.

How to cook and how long to bake lazy cabbage pie in a slow cooker:
- Peel the onion and chop into small cubes, saute a little in a frying pan with oil;
- Using a knife, finely chop the cabbage, add salt, mash a little and add fried onions;
- Place all other ingredients in a deep bowl: baking powder, kefir, flour, eggs and seasonings. Mix this whole mass with a convenient device;
- Coat the multicooker container with oil and place the prepared dough and cabbage-onion mixture into it;
- Select the baking mode and set the time to 50-60 minutes;
- After the beep, leave the finished pie in the slow cooker, 10-15 minutes is enough.
