Chop fresh cucumbers: cut into small cubes. The freshness of the cucumbers will give the salad a unique aroma.
Cut pre-boiled chicken eggs into cubes, and do the same with crab sticks. If the crab sticks are frozen, defrost them in the kitchen on the counter in advance.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

If the crab sticks are frozen, then defrost them naturally. It is highly undesirable to use a microwave or hot water for this. Cut the sticks into strips. Don’t make it too small, otherwise the taste of the salad will not be the same.
Remove the peel from the onion. Remove the top and tip. After cleaning, be sure to wash and cut as finely as possible. It is even possible to lightly knead it directly with your hands so that the onion is not too hard.
We clean the salami from the film. Cut into thin strips.

- Chop the pre-boiled eggs. But before this, you need to separate the whites from the yolks, since they will be used separately in the salad. In turn, divide the chopped protein into 2 equal parts, and mix one of them with mayonnaise.
- Cover the bowl with cling film. This must be done, since at the end we will turn the salad over and the bottom layer will become the top layer.
- We lay out the whites with mayonnaise in the first row, then add chopped peanuts in the next row. If you only have fresh nuts, roast them first.
- Next in line is the ham. It is customary to cut it into either small cubes or thin strips.
- Put the apples. They need to be washed, peeled, removed the center and quickly grated on a coarse grater so that they do not have time to darken.

- Grate the yolks that have cooled by this time on a fine grater and arrange them in another layer.

- The fourth layer will be crab sticks. They need to be chopped very finely, placed in a salad bowl and coated with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- three hundred grams of smoked sausage;
- pack of crab sticks;
- two fresh cucumbers;
- one used canned corn;
- three eggs;
- five green onions;
- mayonnaise for dressing - about two or three tablespoons.
How to cook
As with any salad whose ingredients need to be pre-cooked, let's start with the eggs. Be sure to cool them before peeling and cutting them. And then remove the shell and grate the whites and yolks separately.
Drain all the liquid from the corn, and transfer the corn to a separate bowl.
Wash the green onion and cut it into rings.
We wash the long-fruited smooth cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
Grind the sausage in the same way.
Cut crab sticks into medium-sized slices.
Now take a flat salad bowl or dish. Place a large iron ring on it. We will form layers of lettuce right in it.
If this is not possible, take a transparent oval or square salad bowl with a wide and flat bottom.
