You will need:
2 thin pita bread, 200 g salmon, 250 g cottage cheese, 1 bunch of lettuce, 0.5 fresh cucumber.
Preparation:

Spread cling film, place pita bread on top, spread with curd cheese, cover with lettuce and cheese. Cover with the second pita bread, spread it also with curd cheese, distribute thin pieces of fish and cucumber, roll into a tight roll, secure with film. Before serving, remove the film and cut the roll into pieces.

With pork

What do you need:

  • Two thin pita breads.
  • 200 g fresh tomatoes.
  • 150 g mayonnaise.
  • 150 g Korean carrots.
  • 250 g pork.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Greenery.

Preparing pita meatloaf:

  1. Wipe the pork, peel it, cut into small pieces.
  2. Fry the meat until done. This will take approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Place the pita bread on the table, another one on it (use two pita breads in case one breaks), spread with mayonnaise.
  4. Dice the tomatoes.
  5. On pita bread spread with mayonnaise, evenly place pieces of tomatoes, chopped herbs, meat and Korean carrots.

You will need:
6 Armenian pita breads, 400 g of chicken hearts (you can add gizzards), 150 g of hard cheese, 2 eggs, 0.3 bunches of green dill and green onions.

Greetings! For any holiday or celebration, you always want to set a beautiful festive table, so that in addition to the usual dishes, salads and snacks, there is something unusual, bright and very tasty.

Of course, baked duck or goose, fish canapés and various sandwiches always look win-win. But I want to suggest diluting this culinary idyll a little and making delicious lavash rolls with different fillings.

Armenian lavash is universal and can be combined with absolutely any product. But so as not to rack your brains, I have selected already proven options and will be happy to share them in today’s episode.

I came across this snack a long time ago, about 7-8 years ago, and immediately fell in love with it. Moreover, the first test was with Korean carrots and smoked sausage. To this day, this roll is held in high esteem by us. Plus, other fillings were added, especially favorites with salmon and cream cheese.

But I won’t bore you for long, and I’ll introduce you to all the recipes in order.

The most famous and simplest way to wrap crab stick salad in pita bread. Well, of course, not entirely, but with some of its ingredients. Everyone will like this dish without exception, so cook it, you won’t go wrong.

Ingredients:

  • Armenian lavash - 1 pc.;
  • Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Lettuce leaves - 0.5 bunch;
  • Crab sticks - 1 package (200 gr.);
  • Egg - 2 pcs.;
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.

Cooking method:

1. Prepare all ingredients. Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Grate them on a coarse grater. Wash and dry the cucumber and lettuce leaves. If you have frozen crab sticks, take them out and defrost them in advance.

2. Take the pita bread, carefully lay it out and brush with mayonnaise. Lay out the lettuce leaves, forming a tight strip.

To make the roll beautiful, do not grease the edges of the pita bread with mayonnaise, but leave them clean.

3. Place chopped eggs next to the lettuce leaves.

4. Cut the crab sticks into slices and lay them out in the next strip.

5. Next, add thin slices of cucumber. It is best to cut them into slices using a vegetable peeler.

6. Now wrap the edges of the pita bread over the filling, and only then roll it into a tight roll. Wrap the workpiece in foil or cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  • Korean carrots - 200 gr.;
  • Hard cheese - 150 gr.;
  • Boiled sausage - 200 gr.;
  • Greens - to taste;
  • Mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking method:

1. First, carefully lay out the pita bread on a clean work surface.

2. Next, grease it with mayonnaise. Grate the boiled sausage on a coarse grater directly on top of the mayonnaise, along the entire perimeter of the pita bread.

You can also use smoked sausage. Cut it into thin bars.

3. Then spread the Korean carrots evenly.

4. Place grated cheese on top.

5. Finely chop the greens and sprinkle the resulting preparation with it.

6. Roll the pita bread into a roll.

7. Cut into portions, place on a flat saucer and eat to your health!

Roll with red fish and cream cheese - a simple recipe

Here is a royal appetizer, with lightly salted salmon. Well, you'll just lick your fingers. I always prepare this delicacy for all holidays. By the way, for the New Year, this option is the best.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon - 150 gr.;
  • Cream cheese - 200 gr.;
  • Greens - to taste;
  • Lavash - 1 piece.

Cooking method:

1. Place the pita bread on the table. It must be intact, without damage.

  • Canned fish - 1 pc.;
  • Egg - 3 pcs.;
  • Mayonnaise - 250-300 gr.;
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr.;
  • Fresh dill - 30-40 grams.

Cooking method:

1. Boil the eggs hard and cool. Open the canned food (saury, pink salmon, sardine, etc.) and drain the water. Place the fish on a plate and mash it with a fork until smooth.

2. Peel the eggs and chop them with a knife or grate them.

3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Wash and chop the dill. Mix it with mayonnaise.

5. Place 1 sheet of pita bread on the table. Spread it evenly with 1/3 of the mayonnaise and herbs.

6. Then lay out and distribute the canned fish.

7. Place a second sheet of pita bread on top. Brush it with half of the remaining mayonnaise dressing and sprinkle with chopped eggs.

8. Place the third sheet, brush with the remaining mayonnaise and herbs. Sprinkle it with grated cheese.

9. Carefully wrap the structure into a roll, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

10. After the time has passed, cut the workpiece into pieces and serve.

But here's a hotter option. The dish can be used as breakfast or a hearty afternoon snack. Or serve as a beer snack.

  • Ham (you can have sausages, boiled sausage) - 300 gr.;
  • Lavash - 3 sheets;
  • Tomato - 3 pcs.;
  • Dill - 1 bunch;
  • Egg - 2 pcs.;
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. spoon.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the ham and tomatoes into cubes. Spread one sheet and brush it with half of the melted cheese, or sprinkle with half of the grated hard cheese. Place half the ham and tomato, sprinkle with chopped dill.

2. Cover the filling with a second sheet. Brush with cheese again and arrange remaining filling. Cover with 3 sheets. Cut the workpiece into small rectangles.

3. Prepare the batter. Mix eggs with flour. Now dip each rectangle in batter and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil on each side until golden brown.

How to cook a roll with crab sticks, melted cheese and egg

Be sure to try the following recipe. It is a little similar to the very first method, but differs in the addition of processed cheese.

  • Armenian lavash - 2 sheets;
  • Crab sticks - 120 gr.;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Iceberg salad - to taste;
  • Processed cheese - 150 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking method:

1. First of all, start preparing the products. So, boil the eggs hard, peel and chop them. Cut the crab sticks into cubes, tear the salad into pieces. Mix eggs, chopsticks, salad with mayonnaise. If desired, the mass can be slightly salted.

2. Place each sheet on the table and spread with melted cheese. If there is any cheese left, add it to the above-prepared mixture and mix it again.

3. Spread the mixture evenly over the melted cheese. Roll the sheets into rolls. Wrap them in cling film and put them in the refrigerator overnight.

  • Onion - 2 heads;
  • Greens - to taste;

  • Sour cream - 150 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise - 50 gr.;
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • Spices - to taste.

Cooking method:

1. Get ready to prepare your food. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

2. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan with vegetable oil until cooked. Don't forget to add finely chopped onions.

3. Also rinse the greens and dry them. Chop finely. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.

4. Now let's put everything together. Lay out the pita bread.

5. Place the fried and cooled minced meat on it.

6. Then lay out the tomato slices and spread the cheese on top.

  • Cottage cheese - 300-400 gr.;
  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Greens - 2-3 tablespoons.

Cooking method:

1. Wash and dry the greens. Grind it finely.

2. Place the cottage cheese in a deep plate and add herbs. Add sour cream and squeeze the peeled garlic cloves through a garlic press. Add salt and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

If the cottage cheese is not dry, you don’t need to add sour cream.

3. Spread the pita bread and grease it with half of the prepared mass, retreating slightly from the edges. Do the same with the second sheet. Then roll them into rolls.

4. Place the blanks in a plastic bag and put them in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, take it out of the bag and cut it into pieces.

An impressive and at the same time budget dish will be the best replacement for sandwiches for breakfast, lunch or for a holiday.

You will need:
2 sheets of pita bread, 3 eggs, 220 ml of mayonnaise, 400 g of chicken fillet and champignons, 1 bunch of herbs, 150 g of cheese.
Preparation:

Separately, fry the chopped mushrooms, onions and chicken fillet until tender, then mix everything together and season with spices. Place lavash cut into squares 10x10 cm in metal muffin molds (baskets), put two squares in each, grease with mayonnaise, fill with filling. Pour the sauce of whipped eggs with mayonnaise, bake in the oven, sprinkle with cheese and herbs.

Lavash “Roses” with curd filling

You will need:

You will need:

For snack:
4 thin pita bread, 500 g lightly salted or smoked red fish.
For the sauce:
250 g cream cheese, 0.5 cups sour cream, herbs, 0.5 tsp.
granulated garlic, 1 tbsp. l. lemon zest, 0.5 tsp. sea ​​salt. Preparation:

Cover one sheet of lavash with a spread of the ingredients indicated for the sauce, whipped in a blender. Cover with a second sheet, spread the sauce again, but in a very thin layer, lay out the fish slices, again lavash, a thick layer of spread and lavash. Cut into small squares with a sharp knife, stack on top of each other and secure with skewers.

  6. Grease a container for baking the pie with oil and place the pita breads on top of each other in it so that the “flatbreads” hang over the edges. You will need them to seal the filling.
  7. Grease the bottom of the pita bread in the container with filling.
  8. Next, lay out ½ of the filling, cover with a sheet of one pita bread and coat with filling.
  9. Place the remaining filling on top and cover with a second sheet of lavash. Coat with filling again.

The dish should be baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. It must be served hot.
