This dessert is made from Italian Savoyardi cookies and Mascarpone cheese. I offer an original recipe for mascarpone tiramisu. Even the most discerning sweet tooth will appreciate this delicacy!
Delicious dessert for everyone: ingredients
This recipe produces a flavorful and tender dish. The cream has an airy structure, and the cookies are perfectly soaked, making them weightless.
For this version of tiramisu with savoiardi and mascarpone you need to take:
- about ten cookies;
- 225 grams of cheese;
- a quarter cup of heavy cream;
- two yolks;
- a couple of tablespoons of instant coffee;
- a couple of tablespoons of dark rum;
- an incomplete glass of water;
- a quarter glass of sugar;
- a tablespoon of cocoa;
- a pinch of salt.
To serve the dessert beautifully, you should also take about a tablespoon of finely grated black chocolate.
Dessert preparation process
First, heat boiled water and add coffee. Add a tablespoon of rum. Stir the liquid until the coffee is completely dissolved. Beat the yolks using a mixer, add sugar and salt, and beat some more. Do not stop until the mass becomes white and fluffy. Add the remaining rum and beat for another half a minute.
Add cheese and beat at low speed for another twenty seconds. Separately, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Approximately a third of the mixture is added to the cheese and mixed. Repeat until all the cream is combined with the mascarpone.
Prepare a form in which tiramisu with savoiardi and mascarpone will be served. Dip each cookie in coffee and place it in a single layer on the bottom of the mold. Cover with half of the prepared cream. Then the layers are repeated. Sprinkle dessert with cocoa. Cover the container and put it in the refrigerator for a day.
Before serving, tiramisu made from savoiardi cookies with mascarpone is sprinkled with chocolate.
Delicious Tiramisu without eggs with cream and Mascarpone cheese
This version has the great taste of traditional Tiramisu, but is made without eggs. This no-bake, moist treat is easy to make and delicious. Its taste is more intensely saturated with notes of coffee, since Kahlua coffee liqueur is used for impregnation. But you can take any other one to your liking.

Components:
- 24-28 pcs. Savoyardi cookies (Lady fingers)
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 250 g Mascarpone cheese
- 50 g sugar
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups very strong coffee
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Kahlua coffee liqueur (or any other)
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
You will need a deep mold measuring 8x8 cm or 9x9 cm.
1. Beat cold cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, mix Mascarpone with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Little by little add whipped cream into the cheese mass, combine both mixtures into a fluffy cream.
4. Brew strong coffee and cool to room temperature. Then mix with Kahlua liqueur. After soaking the cookies in syrup, place them in a layer on the bottom of the pan. If necessary, reduce the size of the “fingers” to the desired size so that they fit snugly against each other, completely filling the empty space.
Don't soak them for too long or they will fall apart. Just quickly dip each one into the syrup on each side.
5. Cover the cookies generously with buttercream. Add another layer of soaked Savoiardi.
6. Spread the remaining filling on top. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving. The cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days.
Delicious dessert with amaretto
This recipe has many similar steps, but some ingredients give the dessert a new twist. For this dessert you will need:
- 500 grams of mascarpone;
- two hundred grams of heavy cream;
- two hundred ml of amaretto;
- one hundred grams of sugar;
- 400 ml strong coffee;
- 24 cookies;
- four yolks;
- a couple of proteins;
- a tablespoon of vanilla extract;
- a couple of tablespoons of cocoa;
- some chocolate chips for decoration;
The dessert, which is obtained according to this recipe for tiramisu cake with mascarpone and savoiardi, is as similar as possible to the basic Italian version.
Strawberry tiramisu
The strawberry tiramisu recipe is ideal for a children's party, because... it contains no coffee or alcohol. And the piquantness of the dessert is given by basil, which Italians add to all dishes for a fragrant aroma.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Mascarpone – 250 g
- Cream 33% fat – 200 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Savoiardi cookies - 25 pcs.
- Strawberries – 1 kg
- Basil - 1 sprig
Preparation of strawberry tiramisu:
- Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the basil and simmer over low heat.
- Cover the cream with a lid and leave it to sit for 15 minutes to absorb the aroma of the basil. Then place them in the refrigerator for one hour. Remove the basil from the chilled cream and beat it with a mixer.
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat the whites with sugar until thick foam and combine with mascarpone and yolks. Beat the mixture with a mixer.
- Combine the cream and cheese mass, stir the cream until smooth and airy.
- Wash the strawberries, dry them and puree half of them in a blender, and cut the other half into quarters.
- Place 1/3 of the cream in the mold, place cookies and half of the strawberry puree on top.
- Repeat the same layer and decorate the cake with strawberries.
- Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
How to prepare a delicious dessert?
Combine the yolks, vanilla extract and sugar, stir. Place in a water bath over low heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then remove from heat and cool. Add mascarpone and beat with a mixer.
Separately, beat the whites until soft foam, and then add them to the cheese. Whip the cream separately until it becomes thick enough. Then they are laid out with mascarpone.
Coffee is mixed with amaretto. Each cookie is dipped in this mixture. Place a layer of 12 cookies in the mold. Pour over half the cream. Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with cocoa and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least two hours. The finished tiramisu cake with savoiardi and mascarpone does not hold its shape very well. For this reason, it can also be made in already portioned bowls.
Tiramisu with mascarpone: classic recipe
Today we will prepare tiramisu dessert at home according to a popular Italian recipe. “Airy” cream and a pleasant coffee-almond flavor together form a delicate delicacy that will be a great idea for a romantic dinner or an original afternoon snack.
According to the classic recipe, tiramisu with mascarpone is prepared; the obligatory ingredients are also eggs, coffee with sweet liqueur, cocoa powder, sugar/powdered sugar and, of course, oblong cookies (savoiardi or “lady fingers”). You can make savoiardi cookies yourself at home or find them on sale, but do not try to replace this ingredient with anything, as the taste of the dessert will not be the same.
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
- mascarpone cream cheese - 250 g;
- savoiardi cookies - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- cocoa powder - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- Amaretto liqueur - 1 tbsp. spoon (or almond essence);
- espresso coffee (or regular strong coffee) - 200 ml.
How to cook:
First, a few words about the cream. It is prepared from raw eggs, so be sure to select the freshest chicken eggs for tiramisu and wash them thoroughly with soap before cooking. It will not be possible to exclude raw whites and yolks from the recipe, since they are the ones that give the cream “airiness”. If you wish, of course you can replace the eggs, for example, with whipped cream, but the taste will be completely different.
- First of all, we prepare coffee. The classic tiramisu recipe includes espresso, but there will be nothing wrong if you brew regular strong coffee in a Turk (2 teaspoons of coffee per 200 ml of water). Cool the finished drink.
- Next, separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in different containers. Try not to get a drop of yolk or water into the protein mass, and also pay attention to the cleanliness of the dishes, as even the smallest speck can disrupt the whipping process. So, let's start working with the mixer. As soon as the mass thickens, add a tablespoon of powdered sugar, gradually increasing the speed. As a result, the whites must be whipped into a very dense foam so that the finished cream does not spread in the dessert.
- Mix the yolks with the remaining portion of sweet powder. Beat until a thick, light-colored mass is obtained.
- Gradually stir mascarpone cheese into the sweet yolk mixture. Add the whipped whites in parts (in 2-3 additions) to the mixture of yolks and cheese, each time carefully mixing from bottom to top. As a result, you need to get a homogeneous and “airy” cream.
- Mix cold coffee with Amaretto. This ingredient gives the dessert an almond flavor. If you do not want to include alcohol in the tiramisu, you can replace the liqueur with almond essence.
- Quickly dip the Savoiardi into aromatic coffee (it is better to immerse the cookies not completely, but only the side with powdered sugar). Next, shake off the excess liquid.
- Place the soaked savoiardi on the bottom of a serving bowl or transparent glass (if the cookies do not fit entirely, break them into pieces of suitable size). By the way, you can cook tiramisu in one large container, for example, a baking dish, but keep in mind that the dessert is very delicate, so it will be difficult to cut it into beautiful portions. And there is a widespread belief that among Italians cutting tiramisu is considered bad form.
- We hide the cookies under a layer of light cream. Next we repeat the layers.
- Cover the surface of the dessert with cocoa powder through a fine sieve, then cover the dish with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for several hours (it’s better to leave it overnight).
- Let's start tasting, enjoying the delicate taste of the multi-layer tiramisu dessert at home! Enjoy your meal!
Orange version of dessert
This is already a free deviation from classic recipes. However, the result is quite decent. To prepare savoiardi tiramisu with mascarpone, you need to take the following ingredients:
- about twenty cookies;
- a glass of orange juice;
- two eggs;
- a couple of tablespoons of orange liqueur;
- a quarter cup of powdered sugar;
- 450 grams of cheese;
- zest of one orange;
- a little grated chocolate.
It is recommended to sift the powdered sugar for use in this dessert. You can also take chocolate with orange for decoration.
Recipe Description
The cookies are placed on the bottom of the mold. Pour liquor into the juice and stir. Pour this mixture over the savoiardi. They leave it.
Eggs are divided into whites and yolks. The latter are whisked with powder, best with a wooden spoon. Add cheese. Then beat until the mass becomes homogeneous.
Using a mixer, beat the whites. They should hold their shape well. Add to the cheese in parts, trying to mix gently. Add the zest and stir again.
Spread cream on cookies. Refrigerate tiramisu with savoiardi and mascarpone for four hours. Before serving, decorate with chocolate.
How to make savoiardi cookies
Interestingly, the recipe for ancient cookies has not changed for 5 centuries. Preparing savoiardi is very simple, without baking powder or soda. Baking gets its fluffiness and airiness from separately beaten egg whites. It is important that the eggs to be beaten are at room temperature.
Ingredients:
- Egg whites - 3 pcs.
- Egg yolks - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 30 g for whites, 30 g for yolks
- Flour - 50 g
- Powdered sugar - 30 g
Preparing savoiardi cookies:
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Add sugar to the egg mixture and continue whisking until you get a homogeneous protein mixture.
- Beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy and milky.
- Combine the yolks with the protein mixture and add the flour sifted through a fine sieve.
- Gently stir the dough so that the whites do not fall off and place it in a pastry bag.
- Cover the baking sheet with oiled baking paper and squeeze out the dough into strips 10-12 cm long at a distance of 4-5 cm, because The dough will rise during baking. Immediately place the finished dough on a baking sheet until it is saturated with air bubbles. Because the longer it sits, the worse it will rise.
- Sift the powdered sugar onto the cookies and wait until it is absorbed. After 5-10 minutes, sprinkle the products with powdered sugar again to form a crispy crust on the cookies.
- Bake the savoiardi in the oven at 200°C for 10-13 minutes until golden beige. If your oven has a convection function, turn it on to ensure the cookies are golden brown.
- When hot, the cookies are soft, and after cooling they harden, as they should.
Berry dessert
This option is great for summer. There is no need to bake anything, and the filling contains fresh and aromatic berries. For this option use:

- 500 grams of mascarpone;
- one lemon;
- five eggs;
- four kiwis;
- two hundred grams of strawberries;
- one hundred grams of raspberries;
- a tablespoon of orange syrup for the cream and the same for the cookies.
Eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Beat the first ones until a fluffy mass is formed, add half the sugar and beat again. Beat the yolks with the second part of the sugar, add the juice of one lemon and orange syrup. Stir. Then add cheese and mix. Add whipped egg whites in parts.
Half of the cream is placed in the mold. Cookies are dipped in the remaining syrup and placed on top of the cream. Kiwis and strawberries are peeled and cut into slices. Place on cookies. Cover with another layer of cream. The top is decorated with raspberries. Place tiramisu with savoiardi and mascarpone in the refrigerator for an hour. This dessert has a bright aroma.
Quick dessert

Recipe for Tiramisu with custard and Mascarpone at home
This recipe is a little different from the classic one in that we use English style custard. Its composition is slightly different from Italian.
The richly flavored fortified Marsala wine is used to soak the cookies. You can safely replace it with cognac or Amaretto liqueur. It is not necessary to use alcohol.

Ingredients (for 8-10 servings):
- 28-32 Savoyardi cookies (10 x 2.5 cm)
Cream:
- 480 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 35 g flour
- 6 large egg yolks
- 60 ml Marsala wine or dark rum (you can use Amaretto liqueur)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 57 g butter
- 230 g Mascarpone cheese
Soaking syrup:
- 360 ml very strong coffee
- 65 g sugar
- 60 ml Marsala or dark rum
To submit:
- fresh raspberries
- cocoa powder
- 30 g dark chocolate
You also need a mold measuring approximately 23 x 13 x 8 cm, the length of the cookies.
1. Pour 420 ml of milk into a saucepan, add 100 grams of sugar. Place over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2. In a bowl, mix the remaining 60 ml of milk, 50 g of sugar, flour and yolks. Thoroughly whisk the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. When the milk boils, pour it into the egg mixture in a thin stream. At the same time, work intensively with a whisk so that the mass does not form lumps.
4. Pour the resulting liquid into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. When it boils, continue stirring vigorously for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps that have formed.
5. Add vanilla extract to the custard. Then add pieces of softened butter. Stir well until smooth. Finally, add alcohol if desired.
6. Immediately cover it with cling film to prevent a crust from forming on top. Leave it to cool at room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. It should thicken well.
7. Grind the mascarpone in a bowl to a paste. Using a whisk, combine the cold cream with the cheese.
8. Brew strong coffee, cool until warm. Mix it with sugar and alcohol.
Adjust the amount of sugar to taste depending on how sweet you want the cake to taste.
9. Cover the pan with cling film. Leave long edges so you can grab it by the edges later. Dip each cookie completely into the coffee syrup, one at a time, then place them next to each other on the bottom.
10. Spoon 1/3 of the cream filling onto the Savoiardi layer, covering them completely. Lift the pan and shake it lightly to distribute the filling evenly over the surface.
11. Repeat with other layers, dipping 7-8 sticks into the coffee mixture and then covering them with cream. Cover the top with cookies, cover with film and refrigerate for 8 hours, preferably overnight.
12. Remove the film from the top of the Tiramisu. Carefully invert the cake from the pan onto a plate.
Sift cocoa powder and/or grated chocolate over the top and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Original recipe with mascarpone and ricotta
This is a rather delicate dessert option. Although it also does not contain eggs. For such a delicious recipe you need to take:
- two hundred grams of mascarpone and ricotta;
- 400 grams of condensed milk;
- three hundred grams of cookies;
- a tablespoon of lemon juice;
- three tablespoons of coffee;
- the same amount of cognac;
- a couple of tablespoons of sugar;
- a little cocoa for decoration.
Place both types of cheese, lemon juice and cognac in a bowl. Add condensed milk. Beat everything using a mixer. Sugar is dissolved in coffee and each cookie is dipped in it. Place the blanks in the mold. Lubricate with cream. Another layer of savoiardi and cheeses is formed. Decorate with cocoa. Leave for complete impregnation for at least ten hours.
Delicious desserts don’t always mean baked goods. Tiramisu doesn't take long to prepare. However, it is worth considering that it needs time to soak. You can try traditional recipes, or you can enjoy berry or fruit options. There are also recipes that do not involve the use of eggs. This may be relevant for those who for some reason do not eat them.
