  3. Take a frying pan and add 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
  4. Add 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder to granulated sugar. You can add more cocoa (2 tablespoons), it will be darker in color.

  • 2/3 cup sugar;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar;
  • 1/2 tsp. vanillin;
  • 1/4 tsp. salt.

Preparation

  1. Flour, vanillin, salt, cocoa and baking powder need to be mixed.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and eggs.
  3. Add dry ingredients little by little and stir well.
  4. The dough should be refrigerated for several hours, or better yet, overnight.
  5. Make balls from the dough and roll them in powder.
  6. Place the delicacy on a baking sheet, on which we first lay parchment paper, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

If you want, you can use chocolate instead of cocoa powder.

Dark chocolate cookies

We are pleased to offer a recipe for making delicious chocolate cookies at home.

Ingredients:

  • 80 g butter;
  • 170 g dark chocolate (it’s better to buy 70%);
  • 0.5 cups sugar;
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 0.5 cups flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;
  • 0.75 tsp. baking powder;
  • 0.25 tsp salt;
  • 3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate and then cool them slightly.
  2. Add sugar to the eggs and beat to form a thick mass.
  3. Add vanilla and chocolate, which we previously melted. Mix it all well.
  4. Place the dry ingredients in the flour, mix well and sift through a sieve, add to the mixture of eggs and chocolate to obtain a homogeneous mass.
  5. Place the dough in the refrigerator for two hours.
  6. To prevent the product from burning, make sure that the temperature is no higher than 165 degrees, and put parchment paper on the bottom.
  7. When the dough has cooled, make balls with a diameter of 4 cm, and then roll them in powdered sugar, place them on a baking sheet, and press down on top with your fingers.
  8. Bake the treat for about 12 minutes.

Quick and easy recipe

When compared with other versions of this dessert, this sausage is prepared very quickly, and it consists of only four components, which should be taken in the following proportion:

  • 300 g shortbread crumbs;
  • 90 g cocoa powder;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 150 g boiled condensed milk.

Quick and easy cooking method:

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and leave overnight at room temperature. By the time you start cooking, it should become soft and creamy.
  2. Beat the butter with a delicate creamy consistency with a mixer with boiled condensed milk into an airy cream. Separately add cookie crumbs and cocoa powder and stir. Combine cream and dry ingredients.
  3. Carefully stir or knead the mass, form it into an oblong cylinder and after hardening in the refrigerator, you can serve it with tea.

You can prepare a confectionery sausage not only in the form of a cylinder; you can also form candy balls from the mass, and each of them, for example, can be dipped in chocolate glaze or hidden inside a nut. A large sausage can be prepared with a filling of boiled condensed milk, thick jam or marmalade. Don’t be afraid to experiment and then, perhaps, you will be able to invent your own unique sweet sausage recipe.

Cookies with chocolate and oatmeal

Introducing another simple recipe for delicious chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients:

  • butter – 200 g;
  • brown sugar – 200 g;
  • white sugar – 75 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • vanilla – 2 teaspoons;
  • flour – 150 g;
  • soda – 0.5 tsp;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • oatmeal (rolled oatmeal) – 3 tbsp.;
  • chopped walnuts – 1 tbsp.

  1. The oven temperature should be no more than 170 degrees.
  2. Beat the butter and both types of sugar to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Now add eggs, mix, add vanilla. Salt, soda and flour are poured into the liquid mixture. Next comes cereal, nuts and chocolate chunks. The dough is laid out in slides using a spoon. The surface of the baking sheets must be dry.
  3. You need to bake for 12 minutes, but before that the oven must be preheated to the desired temperature. After the cookies are baked, they should lie on the baking sheet for a few minutes.

Chocolate sausage made from simple cookies with banana

This chocolate sausage takes a run-of-the-mill cookie and makes it taste like a gourmet dessert, thanks to the tartness of prunes and the creamy sweetness of banana. In addition, this delicacy straight from the refrigerator and slightly thawed will be perceived differently by taste buds.

Ingredients used to create the dessert:

  • 300 g of simple shortbread cookies;
  • 300 g butter;
  • 200 g nuts;
  • 200 g prunes;
  • 1 banana;
  • 100 g granulated sugar;
  • 90 g cocoa powder;
  • 30 ml cognac or liqueur;
  • 5 g nutmeg;
  • 5 g cinnamon;
  • 10 g vanilla sugar.

Sequencing:

  1. Cut each prune into two or three pieces. Chop the nuts with a kitchen knife. Crush the cookies with your hands and sprinkle with cognac, then mix with dried fruits, nuts and spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), stir the resulting mixture.
  2. Add cocoa powder to sugar. Beat the soft butter more fluently with a mixer, gradually adding sugar and cocoa. Chop the banana (preferably not overripe) into medium cubes.
  3. Combine all cake ingredients with buttercream. Spread cling film on the table and place the resulting mass on it. Form a sausage, wrap it in film and let the dessert harden in the cold.
