Jellied yeast pie with fish (canned)
Cooking time – 35 minutes. Calorie content – 185 kcal.
Although this pie is made with liquid dough, it cooks much slower than others, since it contains yeast.
The first step is to slightly heat the water, add yeast, sugar and flour to it, then beat with a mixer or whisk. The resulting mixture must be set aside to allow the yeast to activate.
Next, you need to slightly heat the kefir, melt the margarine and beat the eggs. Afterwards, they should be mixed and salt and vegetable oil added along the way. The entire resulting mixture must be whipped until smooth.
After the yeast is activated, it needs to be poured into the egg mixture and whisked in a saucepan. Next, add flour in small portions, simultaneously whisking the entire mixture with a mixer or broom.
The mixture will be thicker than regular batter, but thinner than regular batter. The saucepan with the dough must be closed with a lid and, wrapped in a towel, set aside to allow the dough to rise.
After half an hour, the dough will need to be opened, mixed and beaten again, then closed again and wrapped in a towel - it should stand for a while longer.
After the dough has risen, you need to pour half of it into a greased baking dish. Place canned fish on top - it doesn’t matter which one you choose. Then pour the dough on top again.
The oven needs to be preheated to 200 degrees and bake the pie there for 35 minutes.

These pies are the most satisfying. As a filling, you can use fried minced meat or boiled meat cut into pieces. You can add cereals or vegetables to the meat.
Ingredients:
- kefir – 400 ml,
- eggs – 2 pcs.,
- wheat flour – 200-250 g,
- rye flour – 70 g,
- soda – 1 teaspoon,
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons,

How to cook:
Cut the onion into cubes, chop the carrots on a fine grater. In a frying pan, fry the onion until soft, add the carrots and fry for a few more minutes. Add the minced meat to the onions and carrots, simmer until tender, add salt and pepper at the end. Drain the juice from the beans and add to the minced meat, mix everything well. Chop the greens and add to the meat filling. The pie filling should not be liquid, so if excess liquid has formed during the stewing process, drain it, otherwise the pie will not bake! Cool the filling.
Add soda to kefir and stir, this way the soda will be extinguished. Then add eggs and salt, beat with a whisk. First add rye flour and then wheat flour to the egg-kefir mixture. Add flour little by little to bring the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream. At the end, add vegetable oil and mix well.

- Next, you need to combine the apples with the dough and place them in a greased pan, bake the pie for 40 minutes. at a temperature of 180°C.
Oatmeal pie is a godsend for lovers of proper nutrition. It can hardly be served to guests, but as a dessert for those who count calories it is an excellent option. The main thing in any dish is fresh, high-quality products, not expired soda. You can prepare pies in metal, ceramic or silicone molds of any diameter and shape. Select the quantity of ingredients in proportion to the recipe, depending on the capacity of the mold.
You can prepare the filling for the jellied pie from absolutely any combination of products. If the filling is sweet, serve it with tea; if it is salty, serve it with tea or as a snack. You can make the filling from minced meat, mushrooms, potatoes, rice, cauliflower, ham and cheese, cottage cheese, poppy seeds or any berries. You should look in the refrigerator and show your imagination and put a delicious dish on the table.
Fish jellied pie
Any fish, including canned fish, is suitable for fish filling. You need to remove all the bones from the fish fillet, and cut the fillet itself thinly, in this case the fish in the pie will be baked and ready. If you want to put large pieces of fish in the pie, then it is better to first bring them to half-cooked, for example, boil them, and fish broth can be added to the dough. As additional ingredients for the filling, you can use boiled rice, green onions, dill, potatoes, and cheese.
Ingredients:
- sour cream – 250 g,
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons,
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp. spoon,
- egg – 2 pcs.,
- flour – 150-200 g,
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon,
- salt to taste.
- white fish fillet – 500 g,
- olives – 1 jar,
- onion – 1 pc.,
- dill – 1 bunch,
- vegetable oil for frying.
How to cook:
Remove the bones from the fish and cut it into small pieces. Cut the olives in half, chop the dill finely. Cut the onion into half rings and fry until soft.
In a deep bowl, combine sour cream with mayonnaise and tomato paste. Add eggs and beat. Combine flour with salt and baking powder, add to the dough, mix everything well. Due to the tomato paste, the dough will turn out yellowish-orange, which will contrast well with the white fish filling. If red fish is supposed to be the filling, then you don’t have to put tomato paste in the dough.
Milk batter for pie
Number of servings: for 8 persons. Kitchen appliances and utensils: utensils for kneading dough, whisk. Calorie content: 198 kcal per 100 g of product. Cooking time: 40 minutes.
Ingredients
Flour | 1-2 stacks. |
Eggs | 3 pcs. |
Milk | 500 g |
Soda | 0.5 tsp. |
Butter (vegetable) | 50 g |
Filling | 500 g |
Sugar | 1 tsp. |
Salt | 0.5 tsp. |
Step by step recipe
- Sift 1 cup of flour into a convenient bowl.
I will say right away that with such a quantity the mass turns out to be liquid. If you want a thicker consistency, you will need to immediately sift two cups of flour into a bowl. - Pour 1 tsp there. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt and the same amount of soda, beat in 3 eggs.
- Stir and gradually pour in 500 g of milk. If the baked goods have a sweet filling, then you need to add a larger amount of sugar to the dough, about 3 tbsp. l.
- Stir the mixture until smooth, add 50 g of melted butter or vegetable oil.
- Cover, leave to rest and can be combined with any filling. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Recommendations for preparation
- Be sure to use the highest quality flour. You can mix wheat flour with rye flour.
- You can use milk of any fat content, and you can also replace it with any other liquid, but not water, which will make the cake rough.
- The amount of sugar and salt in the dough will depend on what filling you plan to use.
- You can grease the top of the finished, hot, closed pie with butter, cover and let stand for a while. This will make its smell even more appetizing, and the top crust will brown.
- If you use fermented milk products, the soda is quenched in their acidic environment; if it is milk or another non-acidic liquid, then quench the soda with vinegar.
