Set the “SOUP” mode for 40-60 minutes.
After cooking, pour into portions, add sour cream and fresh herbs.
Preparing puree soup
Place all ingredients in a multicooker bowl and pour vegetable broth on top. Cook on soup setting for about an hour. Stir several times throughout the cooking process. If you like your soup thinner, add 1-2 more cups of broth. Then grind everything in a blender and serve with sour cream and toasted bread.
You can also make this lentil soup in the slow cooker with chicken. To do this, use chicken broth instead of vegetable broth, and add finely chopped chicken to the vegetables.
