    Ingredients:

    • Fresh spinach – 100g.
    • Fresh basil - 2 sprigs.

    • Cream – 150 ml.
    • Dry white wine – 50 ml.

    Preparation:

    Wash the spinach and remove the roots. Fry for a few minutes in a saucepan with olive oil. Season with salt and add fresh basil. Then pour in the broth and cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

    The soup must be stirred from time to time to prevent the cream from burning.

    Separately, fry the mussels with garlic, olive oil and white wine in a frying pan. The wine should evaporate. Season the mussels with salt and ground pepper and set aside. Puree the soup with a blender, pour into a beautiful dish and add mussels. Bon appetit.

    Ingredients:

    • Spinach – 100 gr.
    • Onion – 1 pc.
    • Celery root – 100 gr.
    • Potatoes – 1 pc.
    • Cream – 100 gr.
    • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
    • Salt, pepper, dry basil - to taste.

    Preparation:

    Boil potatoes with onions and celery until tender. Fry spinach in olive oil. Place the vegetables, broth and spinach in a blender. Beat until smooth. Then pour into a saucepan, add spices, cream, bring to a boil and turn off. Separately, boil the poached egg and add to the soup when it is already in the plate.
