Algorithm of actions:

  1. The first step is to prepare the chicken meat. Cut the breast fillet, boil in the evening with seasonings and salt.
  2. You can also boil chicken eggs - 10 minutes is enough.
  3. In the morning you can prepare the Sunflower salad. Cut the boiled fillet into cubes and place on a dish. Cover it with a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
  4. The second layer is mushrooms, small ones can be laid out whole, medium ones, large ones can be chopped. Coat with mayonnaise again.
  5. Separate the whites and grate. Place on top of the mushrooms. Mayonnaise.
  6. Grate the cheese. Lay out the next layer, forming a dome. Mayonnaise mesh again.
  7. The next layer is boiled yolks.
  8. Now, using mayonnaise, squeezing it out in a thin stream, draw a grid, the size of the cells should be slightly larger than half an olive.

  • 100 gr. oils;
  • 120 gr. mayonnaise;
  • 2 gr. salt;
  • 4 gr. pepper

Preparation step by step:

  1. The chicken breast is placed in a pan with salted water and boiled, cooled in the broth itself and then thinly cut into strips on a board with a knife.
  2. The eggs are placed in a small saucepan already filled with water and boiled, cooled and the whites and yolks are cut separately.
  3. The potatoes are washed and peeled, cut into strips on a board and soaked in very cold water, dried and poured into a frying pan with oil, which by this time has already fully warmed up.
  4. Fry the fries and place them on a napkin, where they dry, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. The greens are washed and finely chopped on a board.
  6. The cucumbers are washed, peeled and cut into thin strips; be sure to squeeze out the juice that was released during the chopping process.
  7. Pour potatoes and chicken into a bowl, add greens and whites with cucumbers, pour mayonnaise and mix.
  8. Lettuce leaves are washed, torn by hand and placed on the bottom of the salad bowl.
  9. The salad itself is already placed on top of the green leaves.
  10. Sprinkle it with yolks and draw a neat mesh on them with mayonnaise.
