  • Pork fillet 500 g

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the meat, cut into cubes, salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil.

  3. Transfer to a clay pot or glass baking tray with high sides.
  4. Mix sour cream and tomato paste, stir well. Add water, mix well.
  5. Pour sour cream and tomato sauce over the meat.
  6. Add bay leaf and spices.
  7. Cover with a lid and simmer in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.

Ingredients:

• pork – 420 g; • spices – 0.5 teaspoon; • sour cream – 210 ml; • salt – 0.5 teaspoon; • onion – 1 pc.; • vegetable oil water – 480 ml; • flour – 2 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation:

1. You will need the meat in pieces. Fry until golden brown in a frying pan. Add onion cubes and fry for eight minutes. 2. Salt and sprinkle with spices. Pour water and simmer until half cooked. Ingredients:

  • pork (pulp) – 300-400 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp.
  • flour – 1 tbsp;
  • sour cream – 2-3 tbsp;
  • tomato paste – 2-3 tbsp;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • water – 3-6 tbsp;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Quantity: 2-4 servings

Preparation time: 15-20 min.

Cooking time: 1.5 hours.

How to stew pork in a slow cooker

  1. Rinse the meat in cold running water, dry and cut into large pieces.

  2. Peel the onion and cut into rings or half rings. Cut the peeled carrots into cubes.

  3. Fry meat, onions and carrots in vegetable oil in the Redmond multi-device in the “Frying” or “Baking” mode. The pork and vegetables should be golden brown.

  4. Add flour, stir and fry for another 5 minutes.

  5. While the stew with onions and carrots is cooking, make the sauce by mixing tomato paste, sour cream and finely grated garlic. To prevent the sauce from becoming too thick, dilute with water.

  6. Pour the resulting mixture over the fried meat and vegetables, add salt and your favorite spices (for example, ground black pepper and peas, ground coriander).

Ingredients:

• pork tenderloin – 550 g; • soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons for marinade; • vinegar – 2 tbsp. spoons; • starch – 1 tbsp. spoon; • egg – 1 pc.; • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. frying spoon; • sunflower oil; • sweet pepper – 2 pcs.; • sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon; • water – 75 ml; • onion – 0.5 pcs.; • canned pineapple – 3 rings; • ketchup – 2 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation:

1. Beat the tenderloin. Cut into pieces. Drizzle with soy sauce. Add the yolk. Sprinkle with starch. Mix. Set aside for an hour. 2. It’s better to take peppers in two colors, so the dish will turn out more colorful. Chop into small cubes. Chop the onion, cut the pineapple circles. 3. Heat oil in a wok. Place the meat pieces in sections and quickly fry them on all sides. 4. Wipe the wok. Pour oil again and place all the fried meat pieces. Fry. Contrary to the existing opinion that real goulash can only be prepared in special dishes, you are provided with a recipe for juicy and aromatic goulash prepared using a slow cooker. Goulash is prepared from lean pork with soy sauce, tomato paste and spices to suit your personal taste.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 500 g.
  • Fresh tomatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Carrots and onions – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Spices and salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the meat with cold water, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into medium equal pieces.
  2. Lubricate the bowl of the device with a small amount of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil).
  3. Place the chopped meat in it and pour the specified amount of soy sauce. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and grind with a blender to a homogeneous puree. Then we transfer them to the meat.
  4. Peel the onion, chop it into thin half rings and place it in the bowl with the meat.
  5. Peel the carrots, wash them, chop them on a coarse grater and add them to the bowl of the device.
  6. In a separate container, mix tomato paste with two glasses of warm water.
  7. Add salt, spices and flour to this mixture to your taste and stir with a whisk until smooth.
  8. Pour the resulting tomato mixture into the meat in the slow cooker and mix everything well.
  9. Set the device to the “Stew” mode and cook the goulash for 25 minutes, no longer needed.
  10. We take a sample from the prepared dish and adjust it at our discretion.

Stewed pork with gravy: with mayonnaise and mustard

Another interesting variation that deserves special attention. Thanks to mustard, meat acquires a unique flavor.

Ingredients:

• pork – 650 g; • salt; • mayonnaise – 120 ml; • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon; • mustard – 1.5 tbsp. spoons; • black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon; • onion – 1 pc.; • greenery; • water – 160 ml.

Preparation:

1. Cut the pork meat into pieces. Fry in oil. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. 2. Add mustard to mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper. Pour in water. Mix. Pour into meat. 3. Simmer for about half an hour. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

How to cook “Pork pieces in sauce”

To prepare the dish we need a good piece of meat. I took lean pulp. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.

Sprinkle the meat with the spices of your choice. I prefer spices (dry adjika). Add salt, rubbing it well into the meat.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Fry the meat on all sides in vegetable oil. It is important not to brown the meat, but to fry the meat quickly on all sides so that the meat juice remains as much as possible inside the meat. This is done over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Add onions to the meat.

Simmer the meat and onions for 10 minutes. Then transfer the meat and onions to the pan. Pour 2 cups boiling water into the pan. Add bay leaf and simmer everything over low heat for about 1 hour.

While the meat is stewing, pour vegetable oil (3 tablespoons) into the frying pan. Add 1.5 tbsp. spoons of flour and fry the flour in vegetable oil. The mass will resemble milky slurry.

Mix 150 ml of sour cream with 0.5 cups of milk. Pour the sour cream mixture into the flour mixture. Stir quickly until the mixture thickens. Add salt and a little ground nutmeg.

Pour the resulting mass into the pan with the meat. The meat has been stewing for about 30 minutes. Simmer the meat in cream sauce until cooked. The total cooking time (stewing meat) is about 1 hour.

Serve the meat to the table.

Recipe with garlic and soy sauce


The pleasant taste of garlic will make the meat richer and more aromatic.

Ingredients:

• pork – 850 g; • bay leaf – 2 leaves; • soy sauce – 75 ml; • olive oil – 55 ml; • sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon; • garlic – 2 cloves; • onions – 2 pcs.

Preparation:

1. Cut a piece of meat into large strips. Place in a thick-walled pan. 2. Place onion half rings on the meat. Sprinkle with chopped garlic cloves. Throw in the bay leaves. Sweeten. Pour in oil and soy sauce. Stir and marinate for an hour. 3. Boil. Cover with a lid and simmer until done.

How to cook “Pork with sauce in the oven”

Grease a baking dish with oil, place pork chops in it, sprinkle them generously with spices, salt and pepper. Place garlic cloves on top. Drizzle the meat with olive oil.

Place the chops in the oven for 30 minutes, temperature 200 degrees.

Let's prepare the sauce. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions, champignons and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

• pork – 550 g; • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon; • onions – 2 pcs.; • salt; • carrots – 1 pc.; • boiling water; • bay leaf – 2 pcs.; • Bulgarian ketchup – 3 tbsp. spoons; • coriander – 1 teaspoon; • sour cream – 1 tbsp. spoon.

Preparation:

1. Chop the piece of meat into slices. Fry in oil. 2. Add chopped onion. Cover with thin carrot slices. Stir and fry for five minutes. 3. Pour sour cream and ketchup. Sprinkle with coriander. Pour boiling water over until it covers all the ingredients. Add salt and mix. Simmer for an hour under the lid.

• pork – 550 g; • salt; • carrots – 1 pc.; • dark beer – 1.5 mugs; • black pepper; • onions – 2 pcs.; • cheese – 210 g; • tomato – 3 pcs.; • sour cream – 270 ml; • sweet pepper – 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. Grate the cheese. Chop the vegetables and cut the pork into pieces. First, lightly fry the meat pieces in a bowl on the “Stew” mode, then add the vegetables. Salt and sprinkle with pepper. Mix.
