  • 1 orange;
  • 2 pcs. cinnamon sticks;
  • 50 g lingonberries;
  • 2 sprigs of mint;
  • 2 tbsp. honey;
  • 1 tsp black leaf tea;
  • 1 liter of water.

The orange is cut into half rings, the mint leaves are separated from the stems. The prepared ingredients are placed in a teapot, lingonberries (can be mashed), loose leaf tea and cinnamon are also placed in it. A circle of orange is placed in a cup (it should be slightly crushed with a spoon so that the juice runs out) and sprinkled with granulated sugar.   2. Now add a spoonful of sugar from the total amount in the recipe. And beat for a few more minutes until you get a thick protein mass.

  3. Next, add the remaining sugar and vanillin to the yolks and mix with a mixer until the sugar begins to dissolve in the mass. Grate the zest of 2 large oranges on a fine grater and add here.

  4. Now squeeze the juice out of the oranges. Pour half of the juice according to the recipe into the yolks. Sift half the amount of flour. Add the entire specified volume of baking powder there. And add half of the total amount of vegetable oil. Mix the resulting mixture with a mixer.

  5. Then pour in the remaining previously squeezed juice and add all the remaining ingredients that were previously used in half the normal amount. Then quickly mix the dough.

  8. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

  5. Next, add part of the resulting mixture to the pre-prepared orange juice and mix thoroughly.

  6. Then combine the two mixtures into one, in a container with a deeper diameter, and mix.

  7. Pour the resulting dough into a suitable mold (18 cm). Use a wooden stick to remove air bubbles, shake and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

  8. Cut the resulting cake into 3 equal parts.

  9. For the cream, place yogurt or sour cream in a bowl and add powdered sugar.

  10. Beat with a mixer until smooth and add mascarpone and condensed milk. Using a mixer, beat the entire mass until smooth.

  11. Peel the orange and divide into slices; if you get large ones, you can cut them in half. Place 4 strips of parchment paper on a plate and the first cake layer on top. Using a pastry bag or bag, add the cream in even layers. And place orange slices in between.

  12. Repeat the process with the second cake.
