The product is sprinkled with grated cheese and baked (the oven is heated in advance).

If the chop turns out to be thick, then initially fry it until lightly golden in a frying pan. Only then add the cheese and place it in the oven.

Holiday Pork Chop Recipe

This option is very tasty. And since it is being prepared for the holiday, get yourself some good cheese like Gouda or Maasdam and fresh pineapple.

You will need:

• juicy pork tenderloin – at least 0.8 kg; • a can of pineapple rings; • spices to taste (minimum set – salt and black pepper); • mayonnaise; • hard cheese – 100 g.

Required ingredients:

• 0.6 kg of meat; • 3-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise; • a can of diced pineapple; • 200 g of pickled champignons; • 100 g cheese (Russian); • spices of your choice (try cinnamon and chili pepper).

• 1 turkey fillet; • half a fresh pineapple; • hard cheese (parmesan is ideal); • 3-4 cloves of garlic; • 4 tablespoons of sour cream; • oil for greasing the baking sheet; • any herbs and salt to taste.

Cut the breast across the grain into pieces up to 15 mm thick. Beat them off, being careful not to tear the meat. Combine sour cream with chopped herbs, salt and crushed garlic. Dip the chops in it. Leave to marinate for 60 minutes.

Veal chops with mushrooms, pineapple and cheese

Veal can be found in recipes less frequently than other meats, but its chops are no less tasty, juicy and satisfying. This delicacy is quite suitable for a holiday table.

Products:

  • 600 g veal;
  • 200 g each of pineapples and champignons (both fresh and canned are suitable);
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • salt pepper;
  • 150 g each of sour cream 15% and finely grated hard cheese.

Cooking time: 3 hours.
