Homemade chicken roll in a bottle with mushrooms

Chicken and mushrooms are the perfect combination. From these products we will prepare a delicious roll. It can be served when guests arrive or put on a piece of bread and then eaten for breakfast. Anyone can cook chicken roll in a plastic bottle, so be sure to try it.

Ingredients:

  • half a kilo of chicken fillet;
  • half a kilo of mushrooms;
  • carrot;
  • bulb;
  • a tablespoon of starch;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. The meat must be boiled until cooked. Do the same with carrots. Next, twist the meat through the fine grill of the meat grinder twice, and the carrots through the large grill once.
  2. Chop the mushrooms finely, the onion very finely, and press the garlic through a press. Fry everything in vegetable oil until done.
  3. Mix all ingredients, add salt and season. In a glass of milk or boiled water (or better yet, use the broth in which the meat was cooked), dissolve the starch according to the instructions (bring to a boil), mix with the minced meat.
  4. Take a plastic bottle and cut off the top. Layer by layer, fill the bottle with minced chicken and mushrooms, compacting each one well. Place the workpiece in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, or better yet, keep it for 24 hours.

Remove the chicken roll with mushrooms from the bottle by cutting it on the side and divide it into pieces.

Ingredients

  • boiled chicken 1 carcass;
  • onion 1 pc.;
  • carrot 1 pc.;
  • garlic to taste;
  • broth 1-1.5 tbsp;
  • gelatin 15 g;
  • salt and spices to taste.

How to make chicken roll with gelatin in a bottle

A medium-sized chicken carcass must first be boiled. To do this, place the whole chicken carcass in a saucepan. Pour cold water over the chicken and place on the fire. Bring to a boil, carefully skim off any foam from the chicken. Cook over moderate heat until done. To make the chicken aromatic, add peeled carrots, onions, bay leaves and other spicy spices to the water when cooking. Add salt to taste. The finished chicken must be removed from the broth and cooled.

Pour the package of gelatin into a bowl and pour half a glass of cooled broth. Leave it for 15-20 minutes to swell.

Prepare a plastic bottle. In my case it is a 1.5 liter bottle. Cut off the top and neck of the bottle.

The chicken must be disassembled into small pieces (fibers), removing all the bones. If you leave the chicken in large pieces, the finished roll may fall apart. The smaller the chicken pieces, the easier they are to stick together.

Combine gelatin with broth (150 ml) and heat it in a water bath, but do not bring to a boil. Squeeze a clove of garlic into the chicken meat, and pour in the broth with gelatin dissolved in it. Taste the meat; you may need to add more salt so that the roll does not turn out bland. Stir the mixture and leave for 10 minutes.

Proceed to form the chicken roll with gelatin into the bottle. Spread the mixture in small portions and compact with a spoon. If desired, the roll can be decorated with orange splashes of carrots. To do this, cut half the boiled carrot into thin pieces or cubes and put it in a bottle.

Place all the chicken and broth in a bottle and cover with cling film on top. Now the bottle must be placed in the refrigerator in an upright position for at least five hours. I recommend preparing this dish the night before and putting it in the refrigerator overnight so that the roll freezes well.

The chicken roll in the bottle is ready and to remove it from the bottle you need to cut off the bottom part with a knife.

Then use scissors to cut along the side of the bottle.

  • pepper;
  • salt;
  • curry;

  • two glasses of water.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, place in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.
  2. Salt, add curry and pepper, crushed garlic. Pour in a glass of liquid and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the second glass of water well, dissolve the gelatin.
  4. Mix the stewed chicken with gelatin and pour everything into a plastic bottle with the top cut off.

Place in the refrigerator until cool. Cut the bottle very carefully.

Delicious snack with nuts

A wonderful recipe, for which you will again need to use gelatin. The appetizer looks very appetizing and tastes amazing!

Ingredients:

  • kilogram of chicken meat;
  • 200 g peeled walnuts;
  • salt and spices;
  • 30 g gelatin;
  • water.

Nothing more is needed. Of course, you can add other ingredients, but they can overwhelm the chicken and nut flavors.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken in salted water. Cool, cut into small pieces and disassemble into fibers (partially).
  2. Grind the nuts in a mortar and fry in a dry frying pan.
  3. Take one and a half glasses of meat broth, heat it until it almost boils, and add gelatin. Dissolve the product while stirring, then pour into the bowl with the meat and place the nuts there. Add seasonings and pour into a bottle with the neck cut off.

Keep the product on the counter until it cools completely, then place it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Preparation

  1. Cut the fillet into large pieces of 2-2.5 centimeters. Mix the spices together with gelatin so that lumps do not form under the influence of moisture. You will need 1-1.5 tsp of salt, depending on the grind. Chop the garlic and add to the fillet.
  1. Combine spices with poultry pieces. Stir. At the end, add 100 ml of ice water. Mix again and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
  1. Cut two pieces from the baking sleeve. Take the bird out of the refrigerator and stir. There should be no moisture at the bottom of the dish. Visually divide the ham preparation in half. We put one part in the sleeve, as shown in the photo.
  1. Next, tie the ends tightly and wrap the sausage around the entire perimeter several times. Otherwise, the log may lose its shape during baking. We make the thickness arbitrary, but preferably the same along the entire length. We form the second ham in the same way. We transfer the semi-finished products into a baking dish so that they do not touch each other.
  1. We make 3 punctures on top with a thin needle. Place the chicken ham into the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Take it out and cool it.
  1. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours so that the structure becomes stronger and the product does not fall apart when cutting. Bon appetit!

To create a pattern on the cut and bind the pieces of fillet, add minced chicken to the meat preparation; for aroma and taste, add seasoning for minced meat, mustard seeds, garlic, sweet paprika and hot adjika. Wrap the meatloaf in film and cook on the stove in a saucepan.

Chicken roll in a bottle with vegetables

A gourmet snack that is very expensive in the store. But we can easily prepare such a roll ourselves using available products. On the eve of the holidays, remember this recipe. It will delight both you and your guests with its taste and elegant appearance!

Ingredients:

  • kilogram of chicken meat;
  • half a jar of green peas and sweet corn (if you have fresh corn, boil it);
  • carrot;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • bell pepper (you can use half of all colors - red, yellow and green - it will be more beautiful);
  • fresh herbs;
  • Bay leaf;
  • peppercorns;
  • 30 g gelatin.

Cooking method:

  1. Chicken meat should be placed in a pan, filled with water, bay leaves and a couple of peppercorns added, salt and boiled. Next, cool and cut into small pieces (like sausage for a salad).
  2. Boil the carrots, cut into small cubes.
  3. The bell pepper also needs to be chopped into cubes, and the greens should be finely chopped.
  4. Mix all the vegetables, chopped garlic, meat, corn and peas, place in a bottle with the top cut off.
  5. Heat two glasses of broth, add seasonings, gelatin, and completely dissolve them. Fill the roll ingredients.

Place in the refrigerator for several hours - at least eight. Next you will need to cut the bottle, remove the roll and cut it.

Chicken ham - a delicious cut for the holiday table

We need:

  • 700 g chicken meat (breast, leg)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 20 g gelatin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1/4 each green, red, yellow bell pepper - optional

Preparation:

1. Naturally, wash and dry the meat. Separate it from the bone and cut into small pieces.

2. Chop the garlic and add to the meat, add black pepper, salt, paprika and gelatin and mix thoroughly, even knead like dough.

3. Spread out the cling film, or it is better to make the first layer from the baking sleeve, cutting it on the side, then there will be no questions about the harmfulness. We put the minced meat on it, form a roll, wrap it in film and twist one edge, like in a candy. We compact the minced meat to this edge, and also make a second edge, wrap them under the roll.

We take the cling film again and do the same, and then two more times, the last time we tie the edges with thread. We also tie the entire roll with thread, like store-bought sausage.

4. Boil water in a saucepan and put the roll into boiling water and cook for 1-1.5 hours, over low heat

Cool and remove the film, or you can cut it in the film and then remove it.

No gelatin

You can make chicken roll without using gelatin or starch. True, it will take an order of magnitude more time, but the appetizer will also resemble sausage more.

Ingredients required:

  • whole chicken carcass;
  • half a kilo of chicken cartilage and bones (soup sets are sold);
  • parsley root (20-30 grams);
  • a couple of cloves of garlic (more is possible);
  • carrot;
  • bulb;
  • Bay leaf;
  • peppercorns;
  • seasonings;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Place all meat ingredients in a saucepan, add water, and put on fire. After boiling, reduce the flame to low; the broth should simmer slowly and not boil. Cook for two hours, do not add water, even if there is little broth left.
  2. An hour before it’s ready, add a whole onion and carrots to the meat (everything has been washed and peeled). Half an hour before it’s ready, cook parsley root, peppercorns, bay leaf, spices and salt.
  3. When ready, discard the onion, pepper, bay leaf, and parsley root.
  4. Separate the meat from the bones, cool and cut into cubes, carrots into slices, and pass the garlic through a press. Unite.
  5. Place the roll preparation in a plastic bottle, fill it with broth, and refrigerate.

You can serve this sausage with fresh herbs, mustard and horseradish.

How to make it in a slow cooker

You can prepare a delicious homemade chicken roll using a modern miracle pan called a multicooker. If you are a fan of cooking this way, then save the recipe to surprise your guests at the holiday.

Products for cooking:

  • kilogram of chicken fillet;
  • two tomatoes;
  • bell pepper;
  • a few cloves of garlic (all to taste);
  • salt and seasonings;
  • 30-35 g gelatin.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. The beauty of this recipe is that, unlike others, you don’t have to boil the chicken in advance. Simply cut the meat into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and peeled peppers into pieces and add to the meat.
  3. Do not dilute gelatin in water! Just add it to all the ingredients, the juice from the tomatoes will be enough. Salt and add seasonings.
  4. Place all the components of the future roll in a baking bag, secure the edges firmly, and place it in the multicooker.
  5. Set the “Baking” program for an hour.

When ready, place the food in a bottle without a neck and put it in the refrigerator to harden.

How to choose chicken for homemade ham

For a quality product you need to choose good poultry meat. The preparation of ham uses meat and broth, so a product of questionable origin will not work.

  • You don't have to buy a whole chicken; you can make ham from the breast or legs. The main thing is to choose the part that you like best.
  • Never buy frozen chicken. Frozen foods cannot produce clear broth.
  • The best option is to buy homemade chicken. Fragrant homemade meat will turn into excellent ham during the cooking process.
  • You need to buy only fresh chicken meat. When purchasing, carefully inspect the product so that it is not weathered. Also smell the meat. Avoid buying it if there is even the slightest sign of staleness.

Chicken ham cooked in a bottle goes well with any side dish. You can easily serve it as a main course for lunch or dinner.

Ham is also suitable for making sandwiches and light snacks. You can season chicken ham with adjika, red and white sauces.

Chicken fillet in a plastic bottle

Many people love jellied meat, but not everyone likes to tinker with it! We offer an easier alternative - chicken roll in a bottle with gelatin. You don’t have to stay in the kitchen for long hours: it will take much less time and effort!

Ingredients for the roll:

  • kilogram of chicken meat (can be used from any part of the bird, but breast is preferable)
  • 30 g gelatin;
  • five cloves of garlic;
  • carrot;
  • bell pepper;
  • ground paprika;
  • salt and spices.

Cooking method:

  1. The chicken needs to be cut into small pieces, then fried until golden brown in a hot frying pan.
  2. Add carrots cut into slices, diced peppers, pour a glass of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in a glass of hot water and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add paprika, salt and seasonings, pour everything into a plastic bottle.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator until completely thickened.

Serve with black bread and pickled horseradish!

Homemade marbled poultry ham

  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 0.5 kg chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp. gelatin
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • salt. ground black pepper to taste
  • a pinch of rosemary
  • coriander to taste
  • 1 liter juice box

1. We cut up chicken thighs and breast: – remove the skin from the thighs and separate the bones, and from the breast – the skin and fillet.

2. Finely cut the chicken fillet into 1 x 1 cm cubes, the meat from the thighs into 2 x 2 cm pieces. Combine and mix.

3. Chop the garlic and add to the minced meat, salt and 0.5 tsp. We also add spices to the meat and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1 -1.5 hours. Then add gelatin, mix everything and leave at room temperature for another 1 hour.

Important: you can use agar agar instead of gelatin.

If desired, add 1 carrot, cut into small cubes and dry parsley for color.

Also, part of the chicken meat can be replaced with pork meat, but then the cooking time will increase by 10-15 minutes.

4. Take a juice box, cut off the top and transfer the minced meat, compacting it lightly. Do not add minced meat to the top of the box, leave 5 cm.

Then we make cuts to this distance, and close the box, tying it with kitchen thread. We make three small punctures on the side to allow steam to escape.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and at medium level, place a wire rack (above a baking sheet) on top of the box and leave for 40 minutes.

Let it cool, cut the box and remove the chicken ham. It's ready for slicing.

To make preparing chicken roll less hassle, we want to share with you little tricks that will make the preparation process easier and save you from possible troubles.

We recommend using our tips:

  1. Never pour hot blanks into a plastic bottle, as this material may begin to deform. This is not so scary, but the harmful substances released during melting get into the ingredients, spoil the taste and are dangerous to health.
  2. In order not to struggle and not to try to carefully cut the bottle so as not to damage the roll, use a plastic bag. Place the bag in the bottle and pour the snack preparation into it. Leave the edges of the bag outside the container, and when the dish is ready, you just need to pull on them, the roll will “pop out”!
