    Raspberries are crushed with milk ice cubes, then juice and ice cream are added and whipped. To get ice, you need to freeze chocolate milk in the freezer.

    Smoothies for children

    Banana + honey + kefir

    • banana – 1 pc.;
    • kefir - 50 ml;
    • honey – 15 g.

    Pour kefir over honey and banana and beat until smooth.

    Strawberries + cherries + milk

    • cherries – 50g;
    • strawberries – 50 g;
    • yogurt – 50 ml;
    • vanillin - to taste.

    Wash ripe cherries and remove seeds. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Grind the strawberries and cherries, then add the chilled yogurt and vanilla, beat again.

    Pineapple + banana + juice

    • fresh or frozen cranberries - ½ cup (125 g);

    Cooking process

    To prepare this drink, you must follow the instructions:

    1. Chop the banana, place it in a blender bowl, then add the cranberries.
    2. Then the mixture must be poured with part of the milk, turn on the blender and mix until pureed.
    3. All that remains is to add milk and ice cream to this puree and turn on the blender again.

    • green tea – 250 ml;
    • grapes - 70 g;

    Cut the kiwi into pieces, remove the seeds from the apple and grapes, and chop. Pour green tea into the resulting mixture and stir.

    Avocado + banana + oatmeal + milk

    • banana – 1 pc.;
    • oatmeal – 2 tbsp;
    • milk – 0.5 tbsp;
    • honey – 20 g;
    • cinnamon – 1 g.

    For the cocktail you will need:

    • milk – 1 glass (250 ml);
    • melon ice cream – 100 g;
    • pulp of one peach;
    • 1 whole small melon;
    • juice of half a lime;
    • sweetener to taste (vanilla sugar is recommended).

    Cooking process

    To prepare the drink, you must follow the instructions:

    1. The first step should be cutting the melon. It must be cut crosswise to get two round halves.

    2. Next, you need to take a large spoon or ladle and scoop out first the core, then the pulp. The pulp needs to be scraped out until the “walls” of the melon become thinner than 1 cm. The recipe will use 1 cup of pulp, the rest can be eaten or saved for the next serving.
    3. Now the actual preparation of the cocktail begins. Place the melon and peach in a blender bowl and add lime juice.
    4. Next, you need to turn on the blender and mix until pureed.
    5. After chopping the fruit, you can add the remaining ingredients - milk and ice cream - and beat until light foam.
    6. If the cocktail is unsweetened, you can add sweetener to taste. After adding the sweetener, beat for about 1 more minute.

    Serving and decoration

    The fruit cocktail can be served in the melon itself by carefully pouring it from a blender into one of the halves. Before doing this, you need to check whether the melon is held in an upright position. If it falls on its side, you can cut off a small layer from the outer part of the bottom.

    This drink spreads an original exotic aroma, so you can garnish it with a slice of lime or lemon and sprinkle with coconut flakes.     What harm can there be from smoothies?

    You cannot completely switch to smoothies, replacing your usual solid food intake. Negative consequences of abuse:

When purchasing a ready-made drink, you need to pay attention to the composition. Sugar, flavorings, and taste enhancers can harm the body.

    How to store the finished drink at home?

    The most effective smoothie is drunk immediately after preparation. In a glass container with a tightly closed lid, you can leave the drink in the refrigerator for 1 day. It is advisable to fill the jar completely to reduce the volume of air that contributes to the oxidation of chemical elements.

    Before use, the darkened layer must be removed with a spoon. Lemon juice or 2-3 slices of pulp without peel will slow down the oxidation process. If frozen, the product can be stored for up to 3 months.
