How to cook

Place the milk in a glass in the freezer for an hour. To prevent ice crystals from forming, stir from time to time with a spoon. If the container has a lid, you can simply shake it.

Beat all the ingredients at high speed for a minute, and then immediately after cooking, pour into glasses and serve immediately.

With banana and oatmeal

The basis of this cocktail is low-fat yogurt. You need to choose a natural, unsweetened option.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal – ¼ tbsp.;
  • natural low-fat yogurt – 2/3 tbsp.;
  • banana – 1 pc.;
  • bee honey – 2 tsp;
  • skim milk – 1/3 cup;
  • ground cinnamon – ¼ tsp.

There are several main secrets to making delicious cocktails:

Sweet vanilla with a delicate taste goes perfectly with any chocolate milkshake that has ice cream added to it. There are no special differences in preparation from the previous recipe. The only thing you need to remember is a slightly different set of ingredients.

What you will need:

  • Milk – 110 ml.
  • 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream.
  • A tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  • 40 g chocolate chips.

If you don’t really like the chocolate option, then in this case you can simply replace the ice cream with vanilla.

How to cook

Chill the milk in the freezer for about an hour. Remember to stir to prevent crystals from forming.

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa.
  • A pair of ripe bananas.

Never add pieces of fruit to your drink. The first thing to do is peel them and turn them into puree.

How to cook

  3. Next, the resulting mixture must be strained through the finest sieve, and the cake must be discarded. At this stage, the sesame milk will be completely ready. You can prepare a cocktail based on it.
  4. The banana must be chopped in any convenient way. For example, just mash it with a fork and add it to the milk along with honey. The cocktail components again need to be blended with a blender.

When the cocktail becomes homogeneous, you can try it immediately.

The drink should be thoroughly cooled before serving. Then you can pour it into glasses. To decorate the latter, moisten their edges with sweet water and then sprinkle with light sesame seeds.

Apple smoothie puree with milk

Kefir strawberry cocktail

Is it possible to make smoothies with an immersion blender?

I really want to write it down here, right now I felt all the help of technology in the household. Yes, a washing machine is a thing, but it is already familiar to all city residents. The dishwasher also helps a lot, I load it 2-3 times a day.

And now we have a combine and a dryer.

We bought the dryer with the intention of using it at the dacha, because in rainy weather the laundry does not dry there at all, even for a week of drying. The husband studied the issue in as much detail as possible - a washing machine combined with a dryer did not fit, because there is increased wear on the parts of the washing machine due to strong heating and cooling with running water, which means that our well will be pumped out during one such drying, and then drained onto the site . The flood cannot be avoided.

We bought a separate one and decided to put it in the hallway and test it. Now I don’t really want to take her to the dacha, because it’s so convenient with her!

1. no need to hang out washed laundry. Just throw it in the dryer and take it out dry, immediately putting it in the closet. Well, or slightly damp for ironing.

2. Things turn out less wrinkled and without rope marks. I don’t have to iron my corduroy pants at all after this. I haven't checked the jeans yet.

3. It is possible to dry one wool item separately. I tried it - it dried almost completely, only the elastic was slightly damp, in half an hour!

4. Nothing shrunk or spoiled for me, although I dried both cotton and synthetics, and even mixed, and even with more intense drying. Drying takes from 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

It turns out that I can do 2 washes a day, when it is convenient for me, without focusing on whether the dryer is busy. And wash and dry something urgently. Remembering the first months with Tim and his cloth diapers - this is a very relevant purchase.

The second purchase is a Bosch combine harvester. Cuts into cubes, shreds, slices, grinds, there is a glass for cocktails and puree, a knife for mixing dough, a whisk.

What I did: vinaigrette, vegetables for soup, potatoes for frying in slices, vegetables for salad in thin strips, like Korean carrots, or slices - cutting takes about 2 minutes.

Cake dough, cake cream - very quickly too. mixed perfectly.

Koloboks from dried fruits and nuts - ground the mass. SOOO pleased! I had 2 blenders, a large separate glass and a small glass with an immersion part. None of them coped well with dried fruits and nuts - some were ground and stuck together at the bottom, some rose above the knives and hung there. And the knives were spinning in the void. As a result, it was necessary to constantly stir, which was tiring.

And then I threw everything in, turned it on, and everything ground perfectly, eventually rolling into one big ball, which in the end began to “run” around the combine :).

In general, now preparing cakes and pastries, cutting salads and vegetables has become very simple. Truly the best purchase of the year.
