Very ripe (until loose) bananas, about five, are cut into slices, sprinkled with lemon juice and pureed with a mixer or in a blender. Then they are kneaded with the yolks, then a glass of bread crumbs is poured in (preferably homemade), two glasses of pineapple juice are poured in, and last of all, the whites are very carefully introduced. It is advisable to use a special pan, but this banana pudding recipe is liberal, so you can use a regular baking pan. It is greased with butter, filled with mass, and the dessert is placed in the oven for half an hour.
