I like to relax as a “savage”. Most often we rent an apartment or a room with a kitchen and feel great. I love to cook, but it’s bad without an oven. So we got out of the situation this way.

  • milk - 600 ml
  • flour - 3 tbsp. l.
  • pork pulp - 600 g
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.

Preparation:

Rinse the meat under cold running water, dry it, cut into pieces into portions, wrap in cling film and beat with a hammer, rub with spices.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm thick slices.

Rub the mold with butter. Lay out the first layer - potatoes. Salt and pepper it. The second layer is meat. The third one is the bow.

Prepare Bechamel sauce.

How to cook

Cut the beef into relatively thin pieces. It is important to wash and dry the meat first.

  • 440 grams of lean pork;
  • boiled potatoes;
  • 4 canned pineapples;
  • fine salt;

When you are tired of classic French meat, you can modernize the recipe and add apples to the dish.

It is better to take green apples, and use very little mayonnaise or sour cream

Ingredients:

  • pork - 650 g

  • Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into slices.
  • Mix the egg and mayonnaise, turning them into a homogeneous mass, add the cheese crumbs obtained using a grater.
  • In a preheated saucepan, add oil and fry the chicken chops over high heat until golden brown.
  • Reduce the heat and place onion half rings, mushrooms and tomatoes on top (each layer needs to be salted and peppered).

  • tomatoes – 150 g;
  • fresh champignons – 150 g;
  • mayonnaise – 100 ml;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will be needed.
  • Wash the pork and dry it with napkins. Cut across the grain into pieces 1.5 cm wide. Beat it, first placing it in a bag.
  • Rub the meat with spices and cut into small pieces, like beef stroganoff.
  • Wash the champignons, dry them and cut them into slices.
  • Peel the onion and chop it with a knife into pieces in the shape of rings or half rings.
  • Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it over medium heat.
  • Add the meat and fry it for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add mushrooms and onions, fry for about the same time.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  • Reduce the heat to low, place the tomatoes on top of the mixture of meat, mushrooms and onions, adding a little salt before doing so.
  • Coat the tomatoes with a thick layer of mayonnaise.
  • Grate the cheese as finely as possible and sprinkle it over the contents of the pan.

  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 1500 g
  • cheese - 200 g
  • tomato - 2 pcs.

  • Mix eggs with sour cream, add a mixture of garlic with spices and salt, mix thoroughly.
  • Pour oil into a frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • After a few minutes, place the chicken pieces in the pan and fry them until golden brown.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Place potato slices on the chicken and pour the sour cream and egg mixture over it.
  • Finely grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the dish.

And although it in no way refers to the country so famous for its city of lovers, we still like to think that the tidbits are somehow connected with it. Well, this is our right, which in no way detracts from the dignity of this dish. Let's learn a few recipes and have a little culinary celebration in the kitchen.

French-style meat in a frying pan with potatoes - recipe

  • turkey fillet - 370-400 g;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • mustard seeds - to taste;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • frying fat;
  • dried marjoram;
  • cheese - 55-60 g;
  • cream - 30 ml;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • salt.

Grind the turkey fillet into thin strips. Fry in fat for about 7 minutes. Salt the meat, season with marjoram and cover with a layer of potato slices. Add some salt and arrange the onion rings. Whip mustard seeds with mayonnaise and cream in a food processor. You can use only mayonnaise, but with cream the meat turns out more tender and softer. Pour this mixture over the food in the frying pan, sprinkle with cheese shavings and leave on the lowest heat. It will take about 20 minutes to get ready.

Grate the cheese and sprinkle the dish with it. Place in the oven, pre-heated to 180C.

French meat in a frying pan: a classic recipe

This traditional recipe can be made not only in the oven, but also in a frying pan. For a flavorful dish you will need a piece of lean pork (350 g), one tomato, champignons (150 g), one onion, salt and spices (pepper, basil), a little cheese and mayonnaise.

– We cut the meat into pieces, the thickness of which is no more than 3 cm. But you should not make very thin slices, otherwise the meat will not be juicy. The ideal thickness is 25 mm.

– Beat the pork, sprinkle spices and salt on both sides. We wait until the meat is soaked.

– Pour oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom. When it heats up, add the meat and fry on both sides.

– Add diced champignons and onions. Fry for three minutes. We collect the meat slices in a mound on top.

– Place thin slices of tomato on the champignons, pour over mayonnaise diluted with water (1:1).

– The topmost layer is grated cheese.

– Simmer under the lid over low heat for about half an hour.

You can check readiness by carefully piercing a thick area with a fork. If there is no red juice, you can serve it.

  • For cooking we need a frying pan with a thick bottom and walls. It distributes heat better, food does not burn in it (if you use low heat) and cooks faster.
