Preparation:

1. For the dough, melt the margarine in the microwave. Separate the egg yolk from the white and add it to the margarine. Add sour cream and milk.

2. For the filling, peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes and onions into small cubes.

  • Flour - 3 tbsp. (250 ml each);

8. Roll out the second part of the dough into the same circle as the previous one. Place it on the pancake pie. We connect the edges of the upper and lower layers of dough, pinching them beautifully with a pigtail.

9. Take out the remaining small piece of dough, roll it out, cut out leaves, flowers and decorate the dish.

10. Make a cross-shaped cut in the center of the product and stretch the dough to form a hole with a diameter of 1 cm.

11. Mix one yolk with milk and grease the pie with this mixture.

12. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. After this time, we take it out and pour the broth in which the chicken was cooked into the hole. Then bake for another 15-20 minutes until beautifully golden brown.

13. Let it cool. To make the crust softer, cover with a towel for 30 minutes.

  • The pie can be served either hot or cold . The pie is combined with vegetables and vegetable salads.
