Note: You can also add raisins while boiling the porridge, and not at the very end. We do this at the stage of adding granulated sugar.

Combine the porridge with the milk-pumpkin mass. Bring everything together to a boil. At the end you can add spices to taste.

Serve the porridge hot, with a piece of butter if desired.

Ingredients:

  • two glasses of water;

  5. Heat a little refined vegetable oil in a frying pan. First, place the carrots in the frying pan and sauté them over moderate heat.

  6. Meanwhile, chop the onion.

  7. The carrots need to be fried well so that they acquire a golden hue.

  8. Only after this we add the onion, mix these ingredients and continue sautéing until it becomes soft.

  9. Now it's the beef's turn. Transfer the meat pieces into a frying pan and mix with vegetables.

  10. Fry the meat over moderate heat until lightly browned.

  11. Add one glass of warm water to the frying pan and bring to a boil. Now cover with a lid and simmer the meat and vegetables over low heat for 40 minutes.

We take:

  • Cereals - a glass.
  • Meat, tenderloin – 400 gr.
  • Two glasses of water.
  • Oil and salt.

Cook:

  1. Boil the meat until done and cut into pieces. Don’t pour out the broth yet; we’ll use it to cook the porridge.
  2. Rinse the cereal and add it to the hot broth. Continue cooking over low heat for about twenty minutes, and before the end of cooking, add pieces of meat to it. If you decide to cook porridge with stewed meat, then cook it according to the first recipe, and add the stewed meat at the end.
  3. Take your time - put the pan in the oven for half an hour, or just let it stand, covered, for at least a quarter of an hour. Cooking time 20 minutes.
