Don't know what to please your loved ones on a cold autumn evening? Make apple muffins. In a deep bowl, mix 250 g of sifted flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 120 g sugar and a pinch of salt. Separately, beat 1 glass of kefir, 2 eggs and 100 ml of vegetable oil. Combine both halves and knead the dough. Cut 3-4 apples into cubes, sprinkle them with lemon juice, add 100 g of raisins and sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine the apples with the dough, fill the molds with it and bake for 25 minutes at 200 °C.

Apple on an airy feather bed

For many, the sweetest dessert made from apples and eggs is, first of all, a delicate balloon. Cut 3 apples into large pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat the whites of three eggs into a strong foam, gradually add 150 g of sugar, 3 yolks, 50 g of melted margarine and a pinch of vanilla. Then gradually add 200 g of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and a pinch of salt. Grease a baking dish with oil and place half of the dough. Pour the apples on top and cover them with the second half of the dough. This quite dietary apple dessert will be baked for 20–25 minutes at 180°C. The main thing is not to open the oven early so that the dough does not fall off.

Pie in red tones

Homemade pie is one of the most delicious apple desserts, especially if you add carrots to it. Beat 3 eggs with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, stir in 150 g of softened butter, 1 tsp. baking powder and vanilla on the tip of a knife. Grate 3 medium carrots, cut 2 large apples into cubes, mix and add to the dough. Place it in a greased baking dish and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180°C. Replace the butter in the dough with vegetable oil, and you will get an equally delicious light version of the pie. And before serving, don't forget to sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Sweet apple heart

Apples can also be baked on their own. Fruits prepared in this way retain most of the nutrients and are better absorbed. A dessert of baked apples and oatmeal is doubly healthy in this regard. We take several apples, cut off the caps and part of the peel on top, cut out the pulp to make pots. Finely chop the apple pulp and mix it with 3 tbsp. l. oatmeal, chopped dates, cinnamon and sugar to taste. Fill the apple “pots” with this mixture, place a slice of butter on top of each and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 180 °C. This baked apple dessert is an excellent alternative to high-calorie baked goods.

How to make Turkish delight from apples

Pour 180 milliliters of apple juice into a saucepan, add lemon juice, cinnamon and granulated sugar. Place the saucepan on the fire and heat to 127 degrees Celsius.

Pour the remaining apple juice, cornmeal and water into a large saucepan, stir and bring to the boil. Cook over low heat, stirring all the time.

Once a thick mass has formed, remove the pan from the heat and add dry gelatin and stir.

To prepare such a delicacy, take 0.1 ml of water, 0.1 kg of chopped walnut kernels and 1 tablespoon of honey for 1.5 kg of apples:

  1. Peeled apples are poured with water and boiled over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  2. The mass is crushed and nuts and honey are added to it.
  3. Cook the resulting mixture over low heat, stirring constantly for about 30 minutes.
  4. The boiled applesauce is placed on a baking sheet on foil in a layer of no more than 5 mm and baked in the oven at 110 for about 6-7 hours.
  5. The resulting delicate and tasty dessert is served with tea.

A treat for real gourmets

Modern technologies have made life much easier for modern housewives. And now making apple marshmallows at home is quite easy and simple. But there are several subtleties and secrets that even an experienced housewife needs to know:

  • prepared fruits must be thoroughly washed and cleaned, avoiding rotten and damaged parts;
  • marshmallow is made from sour apples; if they are sweet, then it is better not to add granulated sugar;
  • When making applesauce, you cannot leave large pieces, the whole mixture must be homogeneous;
  • beat the pureed mass until it begins to turn white;
  • if you plan to roll the delicacy into tubes, then the drying layer should be no more than 5 mm, and if you cut it into pieces, then 1.5 - 2 cm;
  • for uniform drying, the temperature in the oven should be no more than 100-110, otherwise the mass will acquire a burnt taste and uneven color;
  • The finished homemade marshmallow has a dense structure and does not break or stick together.
