And the finished cookies turn out soft, with a crispy crust at the same time. I really love this recipe because it takes very little time and money to prepare, and the result is amazing. Let's get started.
Simple kefir cookies
Ingredients:
- Premium wheat flour 300g
- Sugar 30g
- Low-fat kefir 150ml
- Margarine 60g
- Baking powder 10g
- Milk 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Sift flour, mix with sugar and a pinch of salt
- Add cold margarine
- Grind margarine and flour into crumbs
- Add baking powder to kefir
- Mix dry and liquid ingredients
- Knead a soft, slightly sticky dough
- Knead the dough into a rectangle with your hands
- Line a baking pan or baking tray with baking paper
- Place the dough in the mold
- Make cuts with a knife
- Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar
- Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. After baking, break the cookies along the cut lines.
Kefir cookies verguna
You will need:
- a glass of kefir;
- 600 grams of flour;
- half a liter of vegetable oil;
- 150 grams of granulated sugar;
- a pinch of soda and salt;
- a little powdered sugar for sprinkling.
How to cook
- Mix kefir with sugar, salt and butter, flour and soda, stir the mixture thoroughly;
- Divide the dough into two parts, bring it to a thin state and cut out the characteristic triangles with tails.
- Fry the verguns in plenty of oil, let the excess drip off and serve.

How to make “Kefir cookies with jam”
Sift flour in a bowl. Add grated cold butter. Add sugar and baking powder. Using your hands, quickly mix the flour mixture into the butter until crumbly.
Add egg and kefir to the resulting crumbs. Mix the dough with a mixer.
Gather the dough into a ball. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Place each in a bag and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Roll out one part of the dough into a layer on baking paper. Trim the edges evenly.
Spread jam over the surface of the dough.

Preparation
- Combine vorog, kefir, butter and egg.
- Add flour with baking powder, knead into a stiff dough, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the layer, cut out circles.
- Pour sugar into a plate and dip one side of the dough.
- Fold the circle with sugar inside, dip one half in sugar, fold again.
- Dip one side of the triangle in sugar and place on a baking sheet, sprinkles side up.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180.
Kefir cookies with cinnamon
Ingredients

Let's start cooking
- Sift 300 g of flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. Add salt. Cut 100 g of softened butter into small pieces and add it to the flour. Grind the flour and butter into fine crumbs with your hands. For now, set the bowl aside.
- In another bowl, mix 120 g of kefir and 100 g of sugar. Add 0.5 tsp. soda, mix well.
- We combine the two mixtures; to do this, pour the prepared kefir with sugar into the butter crumbs.
- Knead the dough until smooth. It should be soft and elastic, but not tough.
- Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick.
- For the filling, mix 50 g of sugar with 1 tbsp. l. cinnamon.
- Melt 30 g butter in a small saucepan. Brush the rolled out dough with melted butter. To do this, use a brush or spoon.
- Sprinkle the dough layer with the prepared mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough into a roll, pressing each turn tightly.
- Cut the resulting “sausage” into individual cookies 1.5-2 cm thick.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment. We trim the resulting cookies so that they are more round and place them on a baking sheet with the cut side up. We leave the distance between the cookies large enough so that they have room to “grow”.
- Brush the top of the cookies with the remaining melted butter.
- Once again sprinkle the rest of our cinnamon filling on top.
- Place the cookies in an oven preheated to 180° for 20-25 minutes.
Cool the finished cookies and are ready to serve!
Cookies with kefir and vegetable oil
Today I want to share with you a recipe for very tasty and simple homemade baking. Cookies mixed with kefir and vegetable oil turn out tender, crumbly, and resemble shortbread. It is prepared from the most common ingredients and a minimal amount of sugar. You can take these cookies with you to school or work. Such pastries are delicious not only when warm, but also when cooled. I recommend you try it too!
To prepare cookies with kefir and vegetable oil you will need:
- kefir - 130 ml;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l. (in dough) + 1 tbsp. l. (for sprinkling);
- salt - a pinch;
- refined vegetable oil - 100 ml;
- flour - 350 g;
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Preparation:
- From the specified amount of ingredients you get 19-20 cookies.
- To make homemade cookies, I took these ingredients.
- Add kefir, chicken egg, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and vegetable oil to a bowl.
- Using a fork, beat the contents of the bowl until smooth.
- Add sifted flour and baking powder, knead the dough.
- The dough turns out tender, soft, and easily comes off your hands.
- To form the cookies, divide the dough into small balls and roll them between your hands. Pour sugar into a plate and dip the balls on one side.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment so that the side sprinkled with sugar is on top. Place the balls at a short distance from each other; there is no need to press them with your palm.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and serve with tea or coffee. These cookies, mixed with kefir and vegetable oil, become even tastier on the second day, so very often I bake them in the evening.

Kefir sugar cookies
- Sugar - 70 gr
- Cane sugar - 20 g
- Kefir – 230 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Soda - 12 g (quench with vinegar)
- Flour - 350 gr
- Milk – 20 ml

Cooking method:
- Pour the kefir into a large bowl, and grind the sugar in a coffee grinder into powder and add to the kefir. Dissolve by shaking with a mixer.
- Add olive oil and mix thoroughly. Pour a couple of drops of vinegar into a teaspoon of baking soda, add the solution to the dough, and then add the pre-sifted flour.
- It needs to be poured in parts, continuing to mix.
- The mixture will gradually begin to thicken. Place it on a work surface sprinkled with sifted flour.
- Form into a ball. If required, add flour.
- We send our bun back to the container, cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator. After 10-15 minutes you can take it out.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, line a baking tray with baking paper.
- We take the mass out of the refrigerator, roll out the layer, but not too thin, and cut out the figures.
- Place on a baking sheet. Cookies need to be baked for about 15 minutes. To prevent the bottom from burning, place the baking sheet on the highest level, and place a metal ladle or thick-bottomed saucepan in the oven. You need to pour cold water into it.
- At the end of cooking, remove the cookies and brush with a brush dipped in room temperature cream. Very thin layer.

- Margarine – 220 gr.
- Salt – 3 gr.
- Flour – 750 gr.
- Soda – 4 gr.
- Sugar – 140 gr.
- Cinnamon – 30 gr.
- Butter – 40 gr.
Preparation
- Heat margarine (the recipe allows you to replace it with butter) to room temperature. Using a knife, chop it into medium-sized cubes.
- Sift the flour.
- Add soda, salt, flour to margarine. Grind the mixture of ingredients into fine crumbs with your hands.
- Pour kefir into the resulting crumbs. Knead the dough. It should be homogeneous and not stick to your hands.
- Roll out the dough to half a centimeter thick.
- Melt the butter in a water bath. Cover the rolled out dough with it. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Roll into a roll.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the roll diagonally. You should get cookies that are about one and a half centimeters thick.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with paper.
- Cook shortbread cookies with kefir for no more than half an hour. Temperature – 210 degrees Celsius.

- flour – 280 g;
- sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. spoon;

Preparation:
- Pour kefir over sugar. Beat. Sugar must be completely dissolved.
- Pour in sunflower oil. Add baking powder.
- Combine crushed chocolate with flour.
- Knead the dough. Cover with a bag. Leave in the refrigerator. Leave for a quarter of an hour.
- Tearing off, roll into balls. Flatten with your palm.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for a quarter of an hour.
- 180 degree mode.
Sugar kefir cookies
Ingredients:
- kefir – 250 ml
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 150 ml
- sugar (in dough) - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 600 g
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- sugar (for sprinkling cookies) - about 100 g.
Preparation:
- Pour kefir into a bowl, add sugar and salt. Kefir can be used cold , taken straight from the refrigerator.
- After the sugar and salt dissolve in the fermented milk drink, add chicken eggs to it and beat the mixture with a whisk.
- Next, add vegetable oil.
- All that remains is to add the last ingredients, baking powder and flour.
- Knead a soft, elastic and pliable dough.
- Divide the dough into small pieces, weighing approximately 40 grams.
- We roll each piece into small flagella, and then lightly press these flagella with our fingers, moving from the middle to the ends.
- Dip one side of the resulting cookie dough into granulated sugar.
- Then we transfer the cookies to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or simply greased with vegetable oil. Place the cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The cookies will bake for 30 minutes.

Preparing the dough does not take much time and effort:
- First of all, you need to mix warm kefir with soda, mix thoroughly so that the mass foams from the reaction of the components.
- Next, you need to pour granulated sugar and salt into the liquid, stir until the grains are completely dissolved.
- Now you can add vegetable oil with ground paprika and grated cheese, mix well again.
- Then add sifted wheat flour in small portions, kneading the dough first with a silicone spatula and then with your hands.
- After this, you can divide the mass into 2 equal parts, roll it into an even sausage and wrap it in film, put it in the freezer for half an hour. You can immediately turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
- Now you need to take out the dough, unwind it and cut it into equal, even pieces, 1 cm thick, and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- You need to bake the dish for about 20 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a plate, cool slightly and serve.
What can I add?
You can decorate the surface of the flatbreads before baking with cumin seeds, dried coriander or colored sesame seeds as a decoration and a pleasant natural flavor.

Oatmeal cookies with kefir are one of the healthiest homemade treats.
Ingredients:
- oat flakes (rolled oats) – 210 g;
- kefir – 210 ml;
- honey - 2 tbsp. spoon;
- raisins – 70 g;
- cinnamon – 2 teaspoons.
Preparation:
- Grind the oatmeal and use a blender.
- Rinse the raisins. Pour in honey. Mix.
- Pour in kefir. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Knead the dough. Leave for half an hour.
- Fill a pastry syringe with the resulting mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
- At this point, heat the oven to 210 degrees.
- Bake for a quarter of an hour.
Quick recipe for cookies in a frying pan
If you don’t have an oven, but want to make homemade baked goods, you can cook cookies in a frying pan. Believe me, the result will be no worse than in the oven.
Ingredients:
- flour – 420 g;
- cinnamon - for sprinkling;
- kefir – 210 ml;
- powdered sugar - for sprinkling;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- sugar – 50 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation:
- Pour kefir into the oil. A prerequisite is that the ingredients must be at the same temperature.
- Add baking powder. Add sugar. Mix.
- Cover with flour. Knead. You will get a dense, pleasant mass.
- Roll out one centimeter thick.
- Cut into squares. Turn into triangles.
- Heat the frying pan. Do not add oil.
- Place the blanks. Wait three minutes.
- Turn over. Fry.
Basic truths
- There is another option for making cookies with kefir, but without adding butter and margarine. If you don't have butter on hand, you can still use my recipe as a base.
- Just replace the butter with vegetable oil or skip this ingredient altogether. In this case, the finished cookies will turn out drier. This recipe is often used to make oatmeal cookies.
- Also, if you don't really like cinnamon, you can replace this ingredient with cocoa. And prepare equally delicious treats with chocolate filling.
Yeast cookies with kefir
These butter kefir cookies do not take long to prepare, unlike other treats made from yeast dough. The process of preparing sweets does not require proofing; you can use any thick jam, chopped fruit and boiled condensed milk for the filling, and give it any shape that your imagination allows: crescents, bagels, envelopes.
Ingredients:
- kefir – 200 ml;
- dry yeast – 1 sachet;
- baking powder – 1 tsp;
- flour – 500 g;
- sugar – 100 g + 50 g for sprinkling;
- butter – 100 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- jam;
- yolk – 1 pc.;
- milk – 50 ml.
Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in kefir and wait until the reaction occurs.
- Separately combine butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder.
- Pour in kefir, add flour, kneading a thick dough.
- Roll out the layer to a thickness of 5 mm, cut into strips 4:5 cm.
- Place the filling, seal the edges, and give it a crescent shape.
- Leave for 15 minutes.
- Whisk the yolk with milk, grease the cookies, sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake butter cookies on kefir for 30 minutes at 190.
Recipe for crumbly and delicious kefir cookies
- Kefir – 170 ml
- Butter - 130 g
- Flour - 400-450 gr
- Small egg - 1 pc.

- Vanillin - a pinch
- Soda - 0.25 tsp
Cooking method:
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, vanillin and soda. Pour the mixture into kefir and whisk until smooth.
- Break the egg into the mixture and beat.
- Before doing this, place a thick-walled saucepan on the fire, add butter, cut into pieces, and heat over low heat.
- Pass the flour through a sieve.
- Mix the melted butter and pour it into the future dough, while continuing to mix, add the flour mixture in parts. First, we rub it along the walls of the container, getting rid of lumps, then mix it towards the center.
- Wrap the finished dough in film and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Bake cookies in a preheated oven for about 13-15 minutes.
Kefir cookies with jam
Kefir cookies baked in the oven can be made in the form of bagels; to implement the idea you will need thick jam, marmalade or preserves with whole slices (syrup is not used). For a more original taste, crushed nuts are added to the filling, and the surface is sprinkled with brown sugar.
Ingredients:
- soft butter – 150 g;
- flour – 600 g;
- kefir – 200 ml;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- vanillin, baking powder;
- jam – 150 g;
- brown sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- crushed nuts – ½ tbsp.
Preparation
- Mix jam with nuts.
- Combine soft butter with sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder.

Classic kefir cookies
Ingredients
- Kefir – 160 gr.
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 120 gr.
- Flour – 450 gr.
- Baking powder – 10 gr.
- Salt - 3 gr.
- Margarine – 140 gr.
- Raisins – 120 gr.
- Dried apricots – 100g.
- Lemon zest – 5 g.
Preparation
- In a small saucepan or bowl, beat the egg using a whisk or fork until lightly foamy.
- Add sugar, zest and kefir to the egg. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Sift the flour.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.
- Grind margarine (the recipe allows the use of butter) using a grater. Stir into flour mixture. Grind into fine crumbs with your hands.
- In one container, combine flour crumbs and kefir mixture. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour boiling water (2 cups) over raisins and dried apricots and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Place the dried fruit in a colander for a few minutes until the water drains. Remove excess moisture with a clean towel.
- Chop dried apricots into pieces of arbitrary size.
- Add dried fruits to the resulting dough. Stir until smooth.
- From the resulting mass, you need to separate small pieces of dough (approximately 30 grams each), roll them into balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Flatten the pieces of dough with a fork until they are a couple of centimeters thick. The distance between cookies should not be less than three centimeters.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg. Cover the surface of the cookies on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the cookies with sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven for no more than 20 minutes.
Kefir cookies with cheese
Unsweetened kefir cookies prepared with the addition of cheese are an excellent snack option for foamy cookies. The delicacy turns out crispy and somewhat reminiscent of a cracker; it can be lightly sprinkled with salt before baking. The recipe contains a minimum set of spices; you can expand it and add dried garlic, sesame or other seeds.
Ingredients:
- butter – 50 g;
- kefir – 100 ml;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- fenugreek – 1 tsp;
- dried basil – 1 tsp;
- flour – 200-250 g;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- baking powder – ½ tsp.
Preparation
- Combine the egg with butter, salt, finely grated cheese and kefir.
- Add spices and flour, knead into a thick dough.
- Form cookies, bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
- Once completely cooled, the cookies will become crispy.
Recipe for simple kefir cookies with apples
- Kefir – 100 ml
- Flour - 15 - 16 tbsp
- Baking powder - 10 g
- Small apple - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Butter
- Granulated sugar - 3 tbsp
Cooking method:
- Pass the flour through a sieve and mix with baking powder and vanilla.
- Pour sugar into kefir and mix with a mixer until completely dissolved.
- Next, you need to gradually introduce half of the dry mixture, as well as a peeled and finely grated apple.
- We begin to mix the cookie base with a spoon, then add the second half of the mixture and form the dough. Everything is done correctly if the mass does not stick to your hands. Otherwise, add flour.
- Divide it into three parts and roll each into a sausage.
- Already at this stage you need to turn on the oven.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter.
- We cut each sausage into pieces, carefully pull them out by the edges and give them a crescent shape (just bend the pieces).
- Place the cookies and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Place the sugar in a coffee grinder and grind for a few seconds.
- The finished products must cool before they can be sprinkled with powder, otherwise it will melt on the hot surface of the cookies.
Homemade shortbread through a meat grinder
This recipe for shortbread cookies is also familiar to our mothers and grandmothers. It is popularly called "Chrysanthemums". The elastic dough is passed through a manual meat grinder with an attachment for preparing noodles. After 4-5 cm, cut it with a knife, placing the pieces on a baking sheet. You can flatten them slightly with your fingers. After baking, sprinkle the chrysanthemums from the dough with powder and cool slightly.
Required ingredients:
- 30 ml kefir;
- 200 grams of butter;
- a glass of sugar;
- 200 ml thick mayonnaise;
