Take cottage cheese, 3 tbsp. l. sour cream, half a glass of sugar, mix everything with a blender. You can add less sugar so that the curd cream is not very sweet (condensed milk itself is too sweet), otherwise the cake will turn out cloying.


Add 50-60 grams of butter, beat again with an immersion blender until smooth. We will lay out the filling, alternating layers: boiled condensed milk - curd cream. It is in this combination of sweet condensed milk and not very sweet cream that the cake turns out tasty, but not cloying.
