That's why I bought them at the store. They had to peel the skin because it was quite tough. But the fruits themselves turned out to be not as crumbly as garden ones. You can check the dough for readiness using a match - it should come out of the dough dry. 7. Remove the finished charlotte from the oven, cool and serve.

The name itself explains that only plant ingredients will be used to prepare this amazingly tasty delicacy. But despite this, the baked goods will turn out very tasty and fluffy. Charlotte prepared in this way will remain fresh for a long time.

  • 310 g semolina;
  • 230 g wheat flour;
  • 260 g water;
  • 15 g of soda (be sure to extinguish with vinegar);
  • 300 g coconut sugar;
  • 30 g refined butter or melted vegetable margarine;
  • 700 g sour apples;
  • a pinch of vanilla sugar or cinnamon.
  1. Sift the flour into a deep bowl.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and pour in flour, stirring gently with a spatula. The mass should be homogeneous and without lumps.
  3. Combine semolina with coconut sugar, margarine or butter and add this loose mixture to the flour brewed with boiling water. Only after this can you add soda to the dough.
  4. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices of equal size.
  5. Generously spread a deep baking tray with margarine and sprinkle with flour or fine breadcrumbs.
  6. Lay out part of the dough, spread the apple filling beautifully over the entire surface, sprinkle with cinnamon or vanilla.
