  2. The selected fish must be removed from excess oil, and then cut into thin strips. To do this you will need a very sharp knife.
  3. For all three roll options, you will need to take soft, fresh toast bread. You must immediately cut off all the crusts from it.
  4. Cover a table or large cutting board with cling film. And on top, lay all the resulting fish pieces overlapping. Next, they need to be coated with mayonnaise. Each roll will use approximately 1/3 of the amount of sauce stated in the recipe.
  5. Then you will also need to distribute fresh bread pieces (4 pieces) overlapping. Be sure to lightly roll them with a rolling pin on top. Bread seams must be processed with special care.
  6. All that remains is to lay out a layer of cottage cheese (half) and cover the filling with green onions. The feathers must first be washed and finely chopped.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs or other chicken meat – 10pcs or 800g
  • Buckwheat – 2 cups
  • White onions – 2 pcs
  • Seasoning for chicken with spices – 2 packs

Cooking:

  1. Wash buckwheat well and fill with cold water.
  2. Hams, thoroughly washed and dried. After drying, put in a baking bag, add seasoning, mix well. Leave to marinate for 20 - 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 15pcs
  • Smoked meat – 400g
  • Cheese (hard varieties) – 400g
  • Vegetable oil – 100g
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them, and let cool.
  2. Grate the potatoes on a medium grater, add pepper and salt.
  3. Cut some of the smoked meat into medium cubes and add to the potatoes. Mix everything well.

  • 300 ml olive oil;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 300 g Parmesan cheese;
  • 500 g walnuts;
  • 9 cloves of garlic;
  • 300 g breadcrumbs.

  • Season the mixture with barbecue sauce to taste;
  • Add mustard and all seasonings and spices;
  • Break the eggs into the meat mass, add crushed crackers (breadcrumbs or dried loaf crumbs). Everything is good, mix thoroughly;

    1. Lay out the bacon slices and distribute the seasoned minced meat evenly in the center. Wrap the bacon slices into a roll. Place the resulting roll (or several rolls) on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper (seam side down);
  • Once prepared for baking, brush the roll with a little barbecue sauce;

  • 1 large chicken (or other poultry to taste);
  • 400-500 g oranges (sweet and thin-skinned);
  • 5 tooth garlic;
  • salt, herbs, honey and mustard to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Rub the prepared chicken carcass with a mixture of seasonings, spices and salt, coat with honey;
  2. Wash the oranges, rinse with boiling water and then with cold water;
  3. Peel the garlic, cut each clove in half lengthwise;

  1. Place the carcass back down on the prepared baking sheet. Make a pocket on the back side (separating the skin from the meat using your hand). Place orange slices in it. In a similar way, make a pocket from the bottom of the carcass (from the back) and also chop it with orange slices;
