- Russian hard cheese – approximately 110 g;

Italian salad

Ingredients:

1.Wash the Chinese cabbage leaves, let the water drain a little, then cut the cabbage into medium pieces. Place in a suitable container.
2.Prepare the dressing mixture. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a small container, add the required amount of oil and add a little salt. Stir.
3.Now peel the onion, rinse it and cut it into half rings. Sprinkle it well with the prepared dressing and add it to the Chinese cabbage.
4.Rinse the cherry tomatoes and dry. Cut them in half and also add to the salad bowl.

- cilantro;
- salt - to taste.
1. Since the salad dressing needs to be saturated with the taste and aroma of all the ingredients for about twenty minutes, we’ll start preparing it first. For the dressing we need parsley, which needs to be washed and finely chopped. Afterwards, wash the hot pepper and cut it into rings. Peel the garlic cloves, press them down a little with a knife (do not chop them).
2.All ingredients for the dressing are ready. Mix freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, parsley in a small container, add crushed garlic cloves and hot pepper rings. Add salt to taste and mix everything well. After twenty minutes, remove the garlic.
3. While the dressing is infusing, prepare the squid and mussels. Before cooking squids, they need to be cut into rings. Crab sticks are a tasty and affordable alternative to seafood. I offer two options. First, in combination with corn and rice, they give a very satisfying and juicy dish. If you wish, you can take squid or crab meat. Try replacing fresh cucumbers with pickled ones - this way the dish will have a pleasant spice.
Ingredients:
- fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- crab sticks - 250 g;
- egg - 4 pcs.;
- boiled rice - 1 tbsp.;
- canned corn - 340 g;
- green onions, mayonnaise, salt - to taste.
How to cook:
Rinse the rice thoroughly, draining the water at least 4 times. Then fill 325 ml with cold water and add salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, covered. Do not open or stir the rice. At the very end, increase the gas for 10 seconds, turn off and leave to infuse (it will take about 5 minutes). Only with this method will you get fluffy rice.
Cut the boiled egg, peeled crab sticks and cucumber into equal-sized cubes.
Combine all products.
Season with mayonnaise and salt.
