Required components:

  • 150 grams of Chinese cabbage;
  • 1 sour apple;
  • a bunch of parsley;

How to cook:

  1. Remove the damaged leaves from the cabbage head, then rinse, cut into 2 halves and chop into thin slices.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Wash the apple, remove the seeds and cut into thin bars.

“Autumn” salad with beans and pickles

It is no coincidence that this salad got its name, because most of its components are gifts of autumn.

Ingredients:

  • Beans - 150 g
  • Pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.
  • Onion - 3 pcs.
  • Carrots - 3 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil

Preparation:

Rinse the beans well, cover with water and let sit for several hours. After this, refresh the water and put the beans on the fire for 40 minutes, then remove them from the heat and rinse. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan in sunflower oil, add the beans. After a few minutes, add pickled cucumbers, cut into small cubes. Simmer the salad for a couple of minutes in a frying pan and place on a plate. You can eat it either warm or chilled.

“Porpolokh” with cabbage, chicken and champignons

There are several variations of this salad, but below is the basic one, which can be supplemented with fresh cucumber or sweet pepper if desired. This will enrich the taste and color of the finished dish.

For the appetizer “Trouble” you will need:

  • 340 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • 230 g boiled chicken meat (you can use breast);
  • 150 g champignons;
  • 120 g carrots;
  • 28 g green onions;
  • 7 g garlic;
  • a couple of spoons of sour cream and mayonnaise sauce;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • spices - at the hostess's choice.

We will prepare it like this:

  1. Gild mushroom slices (thin plates) in a frying pan in oil. Cool the finished champignons.

  • 300 g canned pineapples.
  • 1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless).
  • 1 small head of cabbage.
  • ½ cup unsweetened yogurt.
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger.
  • Salt and herbs.

The pre-washed meat is cut into strips and marinated in the liquid drained from the pineapples. No earlier than half an hour later, it is salted, sprinkled with ground ginger, placed on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and baked in a preheated oven. For 300 grams of smoked chicken breast and the same amount of pekinka you will need:

  • 1 large pear;
  • 55 g walnuts;
  • 60–75 ml vegetable oil;
  • 10 g French mustard;
  • a mixture of peppers and salt are added to taste and desire.

Cooking step by step:

  1. Using a sharp knife, transform the vegetable, meat and pear pulp into thin strips. Simply chop the nuts, but not into crumbs, but into small pieces
  2. To make the sauce, you need to combine vegetable oil (it is better to use unflavored oil) with French mustard and, if desired, add a little pepper.
  3. Mix the prepared products and pour the sauce on top - the Chinese cabbage appetizer without mayonnaise is ready to go to the table.

Salad “Tenderness”

This salad harmoniously combines pickled and fresh cucumbers.

Ingredients:

  • Pickled cucumbers - 200 g
  • Fresh cucumbers – 200 g
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.

Those who watch the calorie content of the food they eat can take a product made from chicken meat, connoisseurs of rich taste can take ham from beef and pork, and lovers of healthy food with an original taste can take horse meat.

Salad with cabbage and ham is prepared from the following list of ingredients:

  • 230 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • 1900 g ham;
  • 145 g hard cheese;
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs;
  • 80 g olives;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Chop the soft leaves of the washed cabbage into strips. Chop the meat component into cubes or thin strips. Pass the cheese through a coarse grater.
  2. Peel the boiled eggs and chop into small cubes. Drain the marinade from the olives and cut them into slices.
  3. After grinding, mix everything in one bowl and pour mayonnaise to taste.

In any salad with Chinese cabbage where mayonnaise is found, it can be replaced with sour cream and mustard dressing.

How to cook:

  1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly and cut off the required number of leaves from the head.

  3. Cut the pre-boiled eggs into large pieces.
  4. Chop the pepper into strips.

  • Pickled cucumbers - 5 pcs.
  • Carrots - 4 pcs.
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation:

Boil the heart and cut into strips. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes and fry the vegetables in a frying pan. Chop the cucumbers into strips and mix all the ingredients. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

With seafood

It is unlikely that there will be people who will argue that seafood is a tasteless ingredient. If it is cooked correctly and has not turned into rubber, then it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from the dish! And with a pinch of spices, the salad is reminiscent of Asian cuisine.

  • 1 medium tomato;
  • 1 cuttlefish or octopus;
  • 90 grams of champignons;
  • 5 mussels;

  2. Wash the zucchini or zucchini. It is important that the skin is soft and does not need to be cut off. Cut into half rings.

All seafood should be as dry as possible.
  8. Heat a frying pan and add oil over high heat. Next add zucchini and mushrooms. Fry.
  9. Then add tomatoes, spices and soy sauce. After three minutes, remove from heat.
  10. Next, place all the seafood in a frying pan and fry over high heat. After 1 minute, drain the liquid and fry again for 2 minutes. Then put the vegetables back here and pour in the soy sauce and wait until it boils.
  11. Remove the husks from the garlic and chop finely. Add to the total mass.
  12. Mix everything well and place in a dish with the cabbage.
