Preparation:

1. Cut the pre-boiled and cooled chicken fillet into cubes. Place in a deep dish. Then chop the green onions. Cut the olives in half and add everything to the same bowl with the meat.

2. Take the walnuts and chop them with a knife into fine crumbs, but not to dust. Add to dish with other ingredients. Next, put the canned beans there. Add a little salt and pepper. Pour in vegetable oil, soy sauce and squeezed lemon juice. Mix everything well and the salad is ready to serve.

Salad "Sushi"

  • Clean and cook chicken hearts in salted water. Bring to readiness, this will take half an hour. Wait until the hearts cool in the broth. Chop into quarters.

  • In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, chopped vegetables and onions, mix everything together. Add a third of the dressing.

  • Place part of the salad on a serving plate, put the fish and avocado on top, then the salad again, and again the fish and avocado. Drizzle with remaining dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

2. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Test for bitterness; if the onion is too bitter, pour boiling water over it and then pour over cold water. You may not do this procedure if the onion has a sweetish taste. Pair it with vegetables. Also chop the garlic and place it in a bowl with the other ingredients.

3.Now cut the beef that you previously boiled into strips. Peel the eggs and also cut them into strips. Place everything in a bowl with the vegetables and onions.

4. There is very little left until the salad is completed. Chop the greens and grate the cheese. Place everything in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Choose any of the suggested dressings, add to the salad and stir. By the way, if you wish, you can sprinkle the salad with a small amount of apple or wine vinegar before mixing. This will give it more flavor.

Salad “Bakhor” should be served immediately. Place it in a beautiful salad bowl (if desired, its bottom can be lined with lettuce leaves), and place a couple of sprigs of herbs on top. Bon appetit!

Salad “Pearl”

An interesting salad design will certainly interest your guests and they will want to try this bright salad. It's quite simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 8 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • 1 quail egg;
  • 1 large orange;
  • 300 grams of lightly salted salmon;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;
  • 100 grams of pitted green olives;
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of red caviar;
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste.

1. Let's prepare all the products. Boil hard-boiled eggs. Then divide them into whites and yolks, grate everything and place in separate bowls. We need a quail egg for decoration. Cut the salmon into cubes. Peel the orange and cut the pulp into small cubes (select all the seeds). Grate the cheese. Cut the olives into slices.

2.Now we will lay out layers of salad. Take a salad bowl and place half of the whites on the bottom. Make a thin mesh of mayonnaise on top.

3. Place the yolks on the whites. Salt and pepper to taste, make a thin mesh of mayonnaise.

4. Place half of the chopped salmon in the next layer.

5.Next, lay out the olives (we will need a small part for decoration, so set aside a little).

6.After the olives, add the rest of the salmon.

7.Then you should add orange cubes.

8.After the orange, lay out the cheese, and make a thin mesh of mayonnaise on top.

9.The last layer in the salad will be the second part of the proteins, which should be spread on top with mayonnaise.

10.Now let’s start decorating the salad. Place red caviar on top, like an island, around which stick circles of olives. Peel the quail egg and place it in the middle of the island.

11. Another option for decorating the salad could be a white top and a cheese bun, which can be rolled in black caviar. Then you will have black pearls on top. Around the salad on a dish you can place greens, a ready-made “sea cocktail” product (octopus, mussels), as well as a few additional boiled quail eggs (these will be “sea pebbles”).
