To make sandwiches with soy sauce, you need the following ingredients:

  • 300 g baguette;
  • 400 g champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 10 g parsley;
  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 1/4 lemon;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • 1/4 tsp. table salt;
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped pepper.

Detailed description of the cooking process:

  1. First of all, you can wash the champignons along with parsley under running water. The garlic cloves along with the onion need to be peeled and chopped into very small cubes. The parsley and mushrooms also need to be chopped into small cubes. The baguette should be cut into slices, the thickness of which should not exceed 1.5 cm.

  2. Next, you can pour sunflower oil into the frying pan, put it on the stove and heat it up. You can put the onion on a hot frying pan and fry it for about 5 - 8 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. When the onion turns golden, you can add the garlic and continue frying the ingredients for about 1 minute.
  3. Now you can add the champignons to the frying pan and fry the ingredients over high heat until the moisture has completely evaporated, about 10 minutes. When the moisture has evaporated, you need to pour soy sauce and juice squeezed from 1/4 lemon into the fry. The heat should be reduced and the components simmered for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Then you can turn off the heat, add chopped parsley to the frying, add ground pepper along with salt, stir and cover with a lid to keep the frying warm.
  5. Next, you need to grease another frying pan with a small amount of oil and place the baguette slices on it. They should be fried over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Afterwards, you can place the baguette slices on a tray, place the prepared filling on them and serve immediately hot.

Fresh champignons can be replaced with oyster mushrooms, boletus, chanterelles and other mushrooms. It is recommended to serve the sandwiches hot as they will taste better.
