We need:

  1. The heroine of lunch is the chicken! It will be more convenient to prepare the dish when you have 600-700 grams of chicken legs available. A whole chicken carcass is also great.
  2. Potatoes are an equally important ingredient for creating country-style chicken potatoes in the oven. You need one kilogram.
  3. Favorite spices: garlic (4 cloves), a tablespoon of paprika, salt, allspice. You will also need mustard (1 tablespoon).
  4. Mayonnaise - a little more than half a glass. Can be replaced with unflavored lean oil in the same quantity.

Option 3. Country-style potatoes with meat and cheese sauce

The main ingredients of the dish are potatoes and meat ribs. The best combination that allows you to get a nourishing, tasty and juicy dish. The ribs are pre-fried in a frying pan and then baked with vegetables. The potatoes are served with cheese sauce, which further enhances the taste of the dish.

  • four pork ribs;
  • two walnuts;

How to cook

  1. The potatoes are washed, peeled (young ones can be left in the skins), each root vegetable is cut into 4 parts.
  2. Salt and spices are added to the potatoes. Mix everything.
  3. The meat is cut into small pieces. Fry in a pan for 5 minutes.

Preparation takes place in several stages:

  1. Wash the potatoes, cut off the peel (if the tubers are old). Cut into 4 parts, wash off starch and dry.
  2. The meat is washed, fat and veins are cut off and films are removed. Cut into pieces the same size as potato wedges.
  3. Next, prepare the mayonnaise sauce: mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, herbs, turmeric, and pepper in a bowl. One part of the sauce is smeared on the meat, the other on the potato wedges. Leave the meat and potatoes to marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. The oven is preheated to 190 °C.
  5. Grease a baking tray or baking dish with oil. Place meat on one half and potatoes on the other.
  6. Send the dish to bake for 40 minutes.

For cooking, it is best to use new potatoes. The finished hot dish goes well with cheese and tomato sauce.

Meat, potatoes and mushrooms are a classic food combination that everyone likes. Potatoes are good with any type of meat, and if you add mushrooms, the dish will be even more satisfying and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 250 g pork pulp;
  • freshly ground black pepper;
  • 200 g champignons;
  • 320 g potatoes;
  • salt;
  • 100 g Russian cheese;
  • 50 ml refined vegetable oil;
  • sprig of rosemary.

How to cook

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into slices of medium thickness. Place on a towel and dry. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in it until golden brown, adding salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate.

Wash the pork tenderloin and cut into small pieces. Place the meat in the frying pan where the potatoes were fried and fry over high heat until an appetizing crust. Transfer to a plate.

We clean the champignons, cut them into thin slices and fry them after the meat in the same frying pan. When all the moisture has evaporated and the mushrooms are browned, transfer them to a plate. Don't forget to add salt and pepper.

Place the potatoes in a fireproof dish with high sides and place the meat and mushrooms on top. Add a sprig of rosemary and grate the cheese using a grater with large sections. Place the mold in a preheated oven for forty minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.

Wash the potato tubers, cut off the skins with a sharp knife or vegetable peeler and cut each into six pieces lengthwise.

Place the potato wedges in pots and lightly add salt.

Wash the pork tenderloin and pat dry with a napkin. Cut the meat into thin slices and then chop into strips. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little oil and place the meat in it. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly, until an appetizing crust forms. Place pork on top of potatoes.

Pour hot water over the dried mushrooms and soak for half an hour. Then drain the infusion, squeeze out the mushrooms, place in a saucepan, cover with filtered water and boil until tender. Drain in a colander, straining the mushroom broth into a separate container. Cool and chop finely. Place into pots.

Place the last layer of onion chopped into half rings. Pour the contents of the pots with mushroom broth, pour over mayonnaise and sprinkle generously with cheese. Close the lids and place in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 200 degrees and cook for an hour.

To prevent the potatoes from falling apart during baking, fry them in a frying pan until lightly browned. Do not cut the potatoes into small pieces, otherwise they will turn into mashed potatoes during cooking.

Moldovan country style potatoes

  • Potatoes – 400 g
  • Lard – 150 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Lard – 1 tbsp.
  • Butter – 2 tbsp.
  • Cheese cheese – 200 g
  • Marjoram – 2 sprigs
  • Ground black pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Finely chop the onion and cut the lard into thin strips. In a deep frying pan, melt the lard with the addition of butter.
