  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 2 medium sized apples; 1 can of pineapple – 830 g;
  • 50 g hard cheese; 130 g mayonnaise; 12 g salt;
  • 12 g black pepper; 20 g garlic; 1 red onion;
  • 15 ml vinegar; 20 g bay leaf; 10 g sugar;
  • 30 g olives; 50 g green salad;
  • 30 g spices; greenery.

Step-by-step cooking process

Cooking steps:

Place the apples in a wide salad bowl and add lemon juice and honey. Add grapes, celery, green onions, lettuce and chicken and toss to combine.

To make the sauce, whisk the yogurt, garlic, vinegar, mustard and dill together. Add to salad and mix well.

Garnish with dill and serve.

Salad with smoked chicken and apple

  • 2 tbsp. starch
