To prepare, we will need these products, which are very affordable and easy to prepare. I have the last specimen of squash from my garden, preserved in the pantry to this day, but I think that finding such a vegetable on the market will also not be difficult.

To prepare the casserole we will need: pumpkin, squash, carrots, tomatoes, eggs, milk, salt, ground black pepper, dill (I used dry, but you can use any greens, either fresh or dried), vegetable oil and crackers (they are needed for the form , if it is not silicone).

Peel the squash and pumpkin and cut into thin slices, carrots and tomatoes into slices.

Grease the pan with oil, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l. crackers. Place a layer of carrots. This layer is the thinnest.

Place the pumpkin on the carrots. Add a little salt and pepper.

Hearty squash with mushrooms

The easiest way to cook squash is, of course, to simply fry them.
Nevertheless, even despite the extreme primitiveness of the option, the end result is a very tasty dish. Which, by the way, is not even a shame to offer to guests! Ingredients:

  • 700 g squash;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • 7 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 20 g dill.

We wash the squash and dry it thoroughly with a clean towel. Cut into slices approximately 1 cm thick.

Place them in a heated frying pan greased with sunflower oil. Fry each slice on both sides for several minutes. They should have a light golden brown crust.

Fry one side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then turn over and fry the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Do this with all the pieces and place them on paper towels to remove excess fat.
  4. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. When the squash is fried, place the onion pieces in a frying pan with the remaining oil. Fry, stirring, until golden.
  5. Wash the dill and chop finely.
