120 g butter, 130 g flour, 150 g sugar, 160 g semolina, 7 g baking powder, 7 apples, cinnamon.
Preparation:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients, peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. 2. Cover the mold with parchment, grease thickly with butter and add a layer of dry mixture. Place apples on top in a layer of the same thickness, and alternate until the end of the ingredients. The last one should be the dry mixture. 3. Top the pie with grated butter and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

1.5 cups of flour, 10 g of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 0.5 cups of sugar, 0.3 cups of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp.
rum, honey and lemon juice, zest of 1 lemon, 3 apples, 0.5 cups each of raisins and dried apricots. Preparation:

1. Pour boiling water over the dried fruits to swell them. Peel the apples and cut into cubes. 2. Beat eggs with sugar and add vegetable oil, honey and zest. Stir and add lemon juice and rum, stirring constantly. 3. Slowly add sifted flour and baking powder into the egg mixture. 4. Add apples, raisins and dried apricots to the dough, place the mixture in a greased pan and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cottage cheese braid with apples

The perfect apple pie recipe for tea or coffee.

You will need:
180 g 9% cottage cheese, 120 g butter, 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, 350 g flour, 1 tsp.
baking powder, 700 g apples, 2 tbsp. starch. Preparation:

1. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and add 1 egg, cubes of butter, 70 g of sugar, flour and baking powder. Quickly knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator. 2. Cut the peeled apples into small cubes, mix with the remaining sugar and starch. 3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle 4 mm thick, place the filling in the middle, and make notches on the free edges. 4. Wrap the edges with braided paper one after another and bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Pie with jam

And another wonderful recipe for those who cannot go a day without sweets. You will definitely love this sweet dessert. Invite your friends and neighbors to a tasting!

Ingredients:

  • egg;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • 100 g vegetable oil;
  • half a glass of kefir;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • flour;
  • 2 pinches of salt;

  1. Mix the egg, sugar, kefir and butter. Then combine baking powder with flour. Add to our dough.
  2. Knead the dough. Then roll out about 2/3 of the dough into a flat cake and distribute it over the pan. We form the sides.
  3. Combine starch with jam. And then grease the dough with this filling.
  4. We will make stripes from the second layer of dough. First, roll out the dough and then cut out narrow strips. We use them to lay the mesh directly on the jam filling.
  5. Bake the pie for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.

Don't forget that jam may leak out of our pie. That's why we add starch. For half a glass of jam there is a tablespoon of potato starch.

American apple pie

A light pie in every sense, with almost no dough.

You will need:
1 kg of apples, 190 g of sugar, 400 g of flour, 225 g of butter, 2 eggs, cinnamon.
Preparation:

1. Beat butter and 50 g of sugar until smooth, add 1 egg and 1 yolk. Add 350 g of flour there, knead the dough well and put it in the refrigerator under film for 45 minutes. 2. Peel the apples, cut into slices and wrap in paper towels to remove excess moisture. 3. Mix the remaining sugar with flour and cinnamon and add apples to them. 4. Roll out a third of the dough thinly and place it in the mold, form the sides and place the filling on top. 5. Roll out the rest of the dough, cover the pie, mold the sides and make a few holes for steam to escape. Brush the top with whipped egg white and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Apple pie with chocolate

Sometimes this dessert is also called “Russian pie.”

You will need:
250 g butter, 250 g sugar, 200 g flour, 15 g baking powder, 50 g ground nuts, 50 g dark chocolate, 4 tbsp.

1. Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and mix them with rum. 2. Beat softened butter with sugar, add eggs and continue beating. Slowly add flour with baking powder, cinnamon, ground nuts and grated chocolate. 3. Stir apples into the dough and place it in the mold. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees, and 15 minutes before the end, cover with foil.

Lenten pie with apples and tofu

In essence, this is a simple galette with filling that can be prepared even during Lent.

You will need:
300 g flour, 150 ml vegetable oil, 7 tbsp.
cold water, 6 tbsp. sugar, 3 apples, a pinch of salt, 180 g tofu, 30 g almonds. Preparation:

1. Grind the butter with flour, a third of sugar and a pinch into fine crumbs, add water and knead the dough. Roll it out onto a baking sheet. 2. Mash the tofu with a fork, mix with the remaining sugar and chopped almonds. Place on a layer of dough. 3. Cut the apples into thin slices and place on top. Fold the edges of the dough over slightly to form sides. Bake for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

French apple pie

Sweet apples are better suited for sour sour cream filling.

You will need:
750 g apples, 150 g sugar, 150 g sour cream, 100 g flour, 4 eggs, 75 g butter, 50 g starch, 2 tbsp.
vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. baking powder. Preparation:

1. Beat the butter and 100 g of sugar, add half the vanilla sugar and salt. Add 2 eggs there, and then flour with starch and baking powder. 2. Place the dough in the pan in an even layer, and place the chopped apples on top and press lightly. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees at the bottom of the oven. 3. Whisk sour cream with the remaining eggs and sugar, pour over the half-finished pie and bake for another 25 minutes in the middle of the oven. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Apple pie without yeast with kefir

The recipe for a yeast-free kefir pie is considered quick and budget-friendly, since its preparation does not require a lot of expensive products and a lot of time. For the dough, it is better to use baking soda, quenched with lemon juice or vinegar. Fat kefir is recommended, the higher the percentage, the better.

Ingredients:

Apple pie with kefir.

  • egg – 1-2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 160-180 g;
  • kefir – 250 ml;
  • margarine – 120 g;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • soda – 1 tsp;
  • flour – 1-1.5 tbsp;
  • vanillin - to taste;
  • apples - to taste.

Preparation.

  1. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer, add salt, soda and vanillin.
  2. Add kefir to the resulting mixture and continue whisking until smooth.
  3. Gradually add sifted flour and mix well.
  4. Peel the fruits prepared for the filling, cut into small cubes and combine with the resulting mass.
  5. Place the base in a mold greased with margarine.
  6. The dessert is baked in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes. If necessary, the cooking time can be increased.
  7. Cool the finished dish a little and decorate with powdered sugar (optional).

Apple pie made from puff pastry

Any ready-made puff pastry works great for this pie recipe.

You will need:
500 g puff pastry, 400 g 20% ​​sour cream, 100 g honey, 2 eggs, 5 apples, 50 g butter, cinnamon.
Preparation:

1. Fry the apples until soft in butter, add honey and cinnamon. 2. Beat sour cream with eggs and also mix with slightly cooled apples. 3. Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking sheet, lay out the filling and fold the edges. If desired, brush the pie with egg and bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.

Apple pie "Rose"

It is not only very tasty, but also beautiful!

You will need:
270 g flour, 7 g dry yeast, 60 g butter, 120 ml milk, 4 tsp.
sugar, a pinch of salt, 2-3 apples. Preparation:

1. Mix yeast, a spoonful of sugar and 25 ml of warm milk, and leave for 7 minutes. 2. Add pieces of butter, remaining milk with sugar, salt and yeast mass to the sifted flour. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours. 3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into rectangles about 2 cm wide. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. 4. Place strips of dough along the side into the mold, then apples, dough again, and so on until the very middle. If desired, brush with cream or yolk and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Lush apple pie, the easiest recipe

If you're looking for a recipe for tall, super fluffy, and oh-so-juicy apple pie, you've found it!

Although I have tried and prepared several different recipes, this one stands 1st in the ranking. It's tender with a super-juicy texture and a mild flavor that's accentuated by the apple pieces. I recommend you try it too, you will like it!

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 225 ml milk
  • 200 ml oil
  • 375 grams flour
  • 380 grams of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • zest (of lemon or orange) or 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 3 apples
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Break four eggs into a bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt. We begin to beat with a mixer, first at low and then at maximum speed, until you get a whitish-creamy mixture, which should increase significantly in volume. Be patient and beat well, it will take us about 10 minutes to get a very creamy mixture, which will later make our sponge very fluffy.

The key to achieving a tall and very fluffy cake is to mix the egg and sugar mixture well.

Without stopping whipping, but now at low speed, gradually add the liquid ingredients in a thin stream: milk, butter and add vanillin or zest (lemon or orange).

Now add the sifted flour and yeast. Using a whisk or spatula, mix with light movements from bottom to top until completely mixed and a homogeneous dough without lumps is obtained.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Leave a few pieces to decorate the surface of the biscuit, and transfer the rest into a bowl with the dough and mix carefully.

We cover the form that we will use with baking paper, covering the sides of the form with it. Pour the prepared dough into it.

Place in the oven, preheated to 180º C. Bake until the biscuit is ready. I determine readiness with a wooden toothpick; in my case, it took about 60 minutes to bake the pie. If you find that the top is too dark and the cake is not yet baked, you can cover the pan with aluminum foil.

When it is ready, take it out of the oven, sprinkle with a layer of powdered sugar, and let cool.

The layer of caster sugar can be replaced with a thin layer of peach jam or syrup, which will give it a little shine, it will also be very rich.

Pie with apples, yogurt and honey

Cut the apples into larger slices so that they can be better felt in the yogurt filling.

You will need:
150 g flour, 100 g semolina, 0.5 tsp.
soda, 150 g Philadelphia, 100 g sugar, 6 tbsp. vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, vanillin, 500 g apples, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. honey, 150 g yogurt, 1 tbsp. starch, ginger, cinnamon. Preparation:

1. Cut the peeled apples into large slices and heat them in a frying pan with honey for a couple of minutes. 2. Mix Philadelphia, 70 g of sugar, vanillin, salt and vegetable oil. Slowly add flour and soda to the cheese, knead the dough, roll into shape and form sides. 3. Mix eggs, yogurt, remaining sugar, honey from the frying pan and spices to taste, add starch and another spoonful of semolina. 4. Place apples on the dough, pour yogurt over it and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

Mushroom pie

Mushroom lovers will definitely appreciate this incredibly delicious yeast-free pie. Let's start studying the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • a pack of puff pastry without yeast;
  • 0.5 kg of champignons or any other mushrooms;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 grams of hard cheese;
  • vegetable oil;
  • spices and salt.

Preparing the pie:

  1. We wash the champignons in running water and chop them.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  3. Fry the onions and mushrooms in a frying pan in vegetable oil for about four minutes, adding salt and pepper.
  4. We roll out the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
  5. Grease the mold with oil and distribute one layer of dough, making sides. Distribute the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with a second layer of dough. We pinch the edges and make several slits to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake at 190 degrees in the oven for about 45 minutes.

The recipe for a pie made from puff pastry without yeast with mushrooms is very easy to make. Try making this dessert for an afternoon snack or dinner, and your tasters will hardly be able to put it down!

Shortbread cottage cheese-apple pie

Unlike most similar recipes, here the cottage cheese goes into the filling, and not into the dough.

You will need:
500 g cottage cheese, 1 kg apples, 200 g butter, 2 cups flour, 100 g sour cream, 4 eggs, 1.5 cups sugar, cinnamon, 1 tsp.
baking powder. Preparation:

1. Grind 3 yolks and 0.5 cups of sugar, add softened butter, flour and knead into a thick dough. At the end, add sour cream and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. 2. Grind cottage cheese and 1/3 cup sugar with 1 yolk. Separately, peel and cut the apples into thin slices. 3. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet and form sides. Layer the curd and apple filling in layers, and sprinkle cinnamon on top. 4. Place the pie in the oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees. A couple of minutes before the end, cover it with foam from the whites whipped with sugar and send it back.

Apple and pumpkin pie

The dough turns out very tender and soft, with pumpkin flavor and apple sourness.

You will need:
0.5 cup sugar, 3/4 cup flour, 1 cup each of grated pumpkin, apples, kefir and semolina, 2 eggs, 70 g butter, 2 tbsp.
vegetable oil, 2 tsp. baking powder, cinnamon, raisins. Preparation:

1. Mix semolina with kefir and leave to brew for half an hour. During this time, grate the pumpkin with apples and mix with sugar. 2. Add the melted butter to the semolina along with the eggs, mix and add the sifted flour with baking powder and cinnamon. Add vegetable oil and knead to the dough. 3. Add raisins, pumpkin and apples to the same dough, mix again and transfer to the mold. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Classic recipe for yeast-free dough

Let's start with the test itself. In the future, we will mainly use ready-made ingredients in recipes.

Ingredients:

  • egg;
  • 400 ml kefir;
  • half a kilo of flour;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of plant oils;
  • 1 teaspoon salt;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • vinegar (to quench the soda).

Cooking method:

  1. Whisk kefir and egg in a bowl using a whisk. Add three tablespoons of flour and stir.
  2. Now pour vegetable oil into a bowl and add salt.
  3. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the dough.
  4. Stir the dough constantly and then knead.

Tip: choose kefir with higher fat content. The higher the fat content, the denser our baked goods will be.

Apple semolina pie

This is not quite an ordinary manna, which is more like a pudding in consistency.

You will need:
200 g flour, 200 g semolina, 160 g sugar, 1.5 kg apples, 15 g vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 100 ml vegetable oil, 350 ml milk.
Preparation:

1. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater, mix with vanilla sugar and leave to stand. 2. Mix semolina, flour, baking powder and sugar, and place a third of the flour mixture on the bottom of the mold. 3. Place grated apples on top, but do not press, and cover with another layer of semolina. Repeat one more layer of the same, leaving a little dry mixture. 4. Whisk 300 ml of milk with egg and vegetable oil and pour evenly over the pie. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees. 5. Pour the remaining milk over the top of the pie and cover with the rest of the dry crumbs. Bake for another 25 minutes and let sit for at least 3 hours.

Potato pie with apples

You will need:
250 g flour, 7 g dry yeast, 150 ml milk, 35 g butter, 1 yolk, pinch of salt, 400 g potatoes, 250 g apples, 1 onion, spices, 150 g cheese, 200 ml cream, 1 egg .
Preparation:

1. Mix flour with yeast and add heated milk and butter to it. Add the yolk and salt there, knead the elastic dough and leave in a warm place for half an hour. 2. Grate the apple and potatoes, add onion half rings and season to taste. 3. Roll out the dough into a mold and form the sides. Lightly squeeze out excess moisture from the filling and place on top. Turn the oven to 180 degrees and immediately place the pie in a cold place for 20 minutes. 4. Grate the cheese and mix with the egg, cream and spices. Take out the pie, pour it over and send it back for another half hour.

Apple pie in the oven, quick recipe

I recommend you try this recipe, the resulting pie is delicious and perfect for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Greek yogurt 125 grams
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 apple
  • powdered sugar and cinnamon

Preparation

Turn on the oven to heat up and set the temperature to 180º C.

Pour yoghurt into a fairly large container and add sifted flour. Start mixing with a whisk, add yeast and sugar in several parts.

Now beat in the eggs one at a time, stir until the mass becomes homogeneous and without lumps.

Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the dough into it.

Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into not very thin slices. We place these pieces on the surface of the pie and press each one a little so that they do not sink into the dough.

Place the pan in the oven at 180º for 35-40 minutes. When the pie is ready, remove from the oven, let cool and remove from the pan.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Apple dessert is ready to serve.

Cooking tips

  • It is important not to open the oven for at least the first 30 minutes so that the risen cake does not fall off.
  • To tell if the apple pie is done, pierce it with a wooden toothpick. When it comes out clean and dry, the cake is ready.

baking powder, 100 g cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. milk, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil, 400 g onion, 70 g smoked brisket, 1 tbsp. butter, 4 apples, 1 glass of sour cream, 3 eggs, 100 g of cheese, spices. Preparation:

1. Mix the sifted flour with vegetable oil, milk and cottage cheese, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator. 2. Cut the brisket into cubes, and the onion into rings, and fry separately in odorless butter. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. 3. Beat eggs with sour cream and grated cheese, add onions and apples. 4. Spread the dough along the bottom and sides of the pan, lay out the filling and sprinkle with brisket. Bake for 40-60 minutes at 210 degrees.

A pie with cabbage

Yeast-free pie with cabbage is a classic on the traditional Russian holiday table. Also in Russian cuisine, pies with cabbage and egg are often found. Therefore, we follow national traditions and prepare delicious food for dinner.

  1. We peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  2. We wash the cabbage under running water and chop it. Add it to the onion in the frying pan and leave to simmer until it becomes soft. Next you need to pepper and salt the cabbage.
  3. Boil and chop the eggs. Add to filling.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  5. Divide the dough into two unequal parts, each of which is rolled into a ball. We distribute most of it on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the cabbage filling with eggs onto the dough. We seal the edges a little.
  7. Cover the filling with a second layer of dough and pinch the edges. Brush the top with the egg beaten in a bowl with a fork. Randomly pierce the cake with a fork or toothpick.
