Tomatoes, ketchup, tomato sauce or paste, sour cream, cream or cheese sauce are used as gravy. You can come up with many different recipes for sausages, it all depends on the imagination of the cook and the availability of the necessary products.

Second version of chicken sausages

This cooking option is a little simpler, since the sausages are boiled in cling film, there is no need to buy a casing. To improve the appearance and taste of the sausages, they are then fried in a frying pan. For this recipe you need to take:

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet;
  • one egg;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • one hundred ml of milk;
  • half a teaspoon each of salt, paprika and coriander;
  • a little ground black pepper.

The most difficult thing is to make tender minced meat. To do this, the chicken is scrolled several times to ensure maximum chopping of the chicken fillet. Add one egg, milk, spices. It is better to put the butter in a softened form. Everything is mixed into a homogeneous minced meat.

Lay out cling film. Place about two tablespoons of minced meat, wrap the sausage, distributing it along the entire length. The edges are tied with thread, then the finished sausages are boiled in boiling water. Cooled sausages can be placed in the freezer for later use. The rest are freed from cling film, placed in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fried on all sides for five minutes. These sausages are also delicious on a grill pan, with a spicy stripe. Spicy sauces based on tomatoes and peppers are perfect for this version of sausages. Pasta is great as a side dish.

Recipes with sausages are very diverse. It is a mistaken belief that they can only be boiled, but this is not true. They can be fried with eggs, sauces or in dough. Also, everyone will be able to enjoy delicious chicken sausages in a natural casing. Such dishes will be an excellent addition to mashed potatoes, pasta or cereal dishes.
