Are your household bored with the most ordinary cheesecakes? Then it's time to pamper them with cheesecakes with an unexpected surprise inside! An excellent filling for cheesecakes can be chocolate, fresh fruits and berries, confiture, and, of course, boiled condensed milk. It is these cheesecakes that will be discussed in this recipe. With our detailed recommendations, even an inexperienced housewife can prepare cheesecakes with condensed milk.
Preparation steps:
- First of all, put the following ingredients into a bowl: cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and 150 grams of flour.
- Mix the products thoroughly using a blender until smooth. If you don’t have this kitchen assistant, then you need to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve in advance - this will make the cheesecakes more tender.
- Add another 100 grams of flour to the dough.
- And knead it with a spatula.
- Now sprinkle the table with flour, add a little more flour to the dough, put it on the countertop and continue kneading with your hands. It is important not to “beat” the dough. Its consistency should be quite delicate, and it should not stick too much to your hands. The “correct” dough should be such that, after adding a little flour, you can roll it out into a flat cake with a rolling pin.
- Now we form the dough into a sausage with a diameter of approximately 2 cm.
- And cut the sausage into pieces 1 cm wide.
- Dip each piece of dough in flour on both sides.
- And place them on a floured countertop.
- Now we roll out flat cakes with a diameter of 5-6 cm from pieces of dough. We got 24 flat cakes.
- Place a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk in the middle of one rolled out cake.
- Cover it with the second cake and pinch the edges well. The dough will not stick to your hands if your hands are dry and floured. Try to ensure that the dough does not tear or become thin during the process of forming the cheesecakes, otherwise all the condensed milk will leak out during frying.
- Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, let it warm up well and lay out the cheesecakes. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- This curd dessert should be served hot, until the boiled condensed milk inside has cooled. Enjoy your tea!

I just can’t teach my family to eat cottage cheese, I have to invent all sorts of dishes.
The simplest thing you can do is make some cheesecakes or curds from it. Cottage cheese, of course, will bring more benefits in its unprocessed form. It contains large quantities of protein, minerals, lactose, beneficial enzymes, and vitamins. Cottage cheese contains 12 vitamins: A, D, C and B vitamins. It contains calcium, iron, and phosphorus in fairly large quantities. At the same time, cottage cheese contains only 3% carbohydrates. Interesting fact: half a liter of milk produces about 200 g of cottage cheese, thus the nutritional value of cottage cheese is higher than that of milk. That's it! Cottage cheese pancakes are essentially the same cheese pancakes, but almost no flour is used in their preparation, so they consist of practically the same cottage cheese. Which, in my opinion, only adds to their nutritional value. This method of preparation will be especially appreciated by those who are watching their figure. And, of course, in this case, without filling. But today I suggest preparing cottage cheese with boiled condensed milk to pamper yourself, your beloved, and not forget about your family and friends. So let's forget about diets for a while and enjoy the magnificent combination of cottage cheese and boiled condensed milk in amazingly delicious curds. From the specified amount of ingredients you get 8-10 ready-made curds with a delicate crust on the outside and an interesting filling on the inside. To prepare cottage cheese with boiled condensed milk, you will need:
cottage cheese – 400 g semolina – 5-6 tbsp. sugar - to taste boiled condensed milk - 180 g flour - for breading vegetable oil - for frying
How to cook cottage cheese with boiled condensed milk:
1. In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese, semolina and sugar to taste.
Knead the curd mass thoroughly.
If necessary, you can use a blender. 2. Open a can of condensed milk with a can opener. Personally, I bought it ready-made at the store, but if you want, you can cook it yourself.
Form a flat cake from the resulting dough with wet hands, flatten it in the palm of your hand and place a little boiled condensed milk in the middle, about a level teaspoon. Pinch the edges and form the curd, giving it a rounded shape.
3. Then bread each curd on both sides in flour and place in a frying pan preheated with a small amount of vegetable oil.
4. Fry the curds over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm with tea.
Bon appetit!

- In the curd ball we make a depression on one side, into which we put boiled condensed milk with a teaspoon.

How to cook “Cheesecakes with boiled condensed milk”
1
I recommend rubbing the cottage cheese through a sieve to get rid of lumps.
2
Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and baking powder.
3
Add semolina in small portions, stirring. Its quantity depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese and the size of the eggs. The mass should be moderately dense, but not too clogged with semolina.
4
Pinch off a piece of curd dough and form a flat cake on your hand. Place some condensed milk in the center. Carefully form a ball.
5
Roll it on all sides in flour.
6
I like to fry cheesecakes in a mixture of vegetable and butter. Place them in a heated frying pan and fry until golden brown over medium heat. Enjoy your tea!
