  • Lightly salted salmon - 50 gr.
  • Curd cheese - 50 gr.
  • Parsley - 2 sprigs
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tsp.

Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Add finely chopped green onions to the pan and simmer the vegetables for a couple more minutes. Remove the prepared vegetables from the heat and cool for 10-15 minutes.

  • Red caviar and fresh herbs.

You need to start the process by preparing the layer. To do this, combine sour cream and soft cream cheese in a deep bowl. Each pancake is greased with the resulting cream, sprinkled with chopped herbs, covered with pieces of lightly salted trout and laid on top of each other. The finished cake is decorated with red caviar and placed in the refrigerator for several hours.

  • Cabbage - 1/4 head
  • Onion - 1 pc.

There are many recipes for “recycling” these products. They are usually stacked high and not all of them are eaten. Russian pancakes are very filling, but they go stale quickly. In order not to throw away the leftovers, thrifty housewives came up with different ways to feed them to their households so that they would not turn their noses up, but ask for more. The first option is fried eggs. Place the pancake in the pan. Break an egg onto it. Cover with half a pancake. After two minutes, turn it over. The same can be done with a piece of hard cheese or feta. What to cook with pancakes for breakfast? If you have leftover stuffed cauliflowers, place them in a tight row on a baking sheet. Make a sauce from eggs and sour cream. Pour this mixture over the casseroles and finish cooking in the oven. A couple of minutes before turning off, dust the casserole with grated cheese.

Very tender pancakes with curd filling and lemon

Ingredients:

  • Ready-made pancakes - 10-12 pieces
  • Fat cottage cheese 400 grams
  • One big lemon
  • Cane sugar - half a glass
  • Vanilla sugar - one tablespoon
  • Water - 100 milliliters

Preparation:

  1. To prepare the snack, bake tender pancakes in milk and let them cool
  2. Prepare the cottage cheese by cutting the zest from half a lemon and squeezing the juice into a bowl.
  3. Cut the other half of the lemon into slices
  4. Completely dissolve sugar in warm water, pour in lemon juice
  5. Put the water to boil, add lemon wedges
  6. Stirring constantly, after boiling, cook the syrup for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the stove, add vanilla sugar and zest, leave to infuse and cool.
  8. Mix the cooled syrup with the grated cottage cheese.
  9. Spread the curd filling on the pancakes and wrap them in tubes

Ingredients:

  • Ricotta - 400 grams
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Small raisins - 50 grams
