Ingredients:

  • Sea cabbage 100 gr.
  • Squid 200 gr.

  • Lemon juice

Preparation:

Boil the squid, peel and cool.

Cut the squid into rings.

We will need:

  • 200-300 g shrimp;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 1 large cucumber;
  • Cherry tomatoes;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt, pepper and bay leaf.

Preparation:

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and place previously defrosted shrimp in it. Salt and add bay leaf. We put it on the stove, wait for the water to boil and note the time. Cook for about two minutes. Then drain the water and turn off the stove.
  2. We clean them from their shells and put them aside for now.
  3. Cut the avocado into two parts, remove the bone and carefully separate the flesh from the skin using a tablespoon. Cut the fruit into thin strips.
  4. Grind the cucumber in the same way.
  5. And we divide the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  6. We put everything in a salad bowl and start preparing the dressing. To do this, mix olive oil with garlic passed through a press, salt and allspice to taste.
  7. Pour in the sauce and mix everything well.
  8. Immediately before serving the dish, add lettuce leaves to it and carefully mix all the ingredients again.

Ingredients:

  • Lightly salted salmon 200 gr.
  • Olives 50 gr.
  • Cheese 60 gr.
  • Eggs 5 pcs.
  • Orange 1 pc.
  • Red caviar 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Mayonnaise 100 ml.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Boil the eggs.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate separately on a medium grater.

Cut the salmon into small cubes.

Peel the orange from fibers and membranes. Cut the pulp into cubes.

Cut the olives into thin strips.

Mix all salad ingredients.

Mix mayonnaise with cognac, ketchup and paprika.

  5. Peel and chop the onion;
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater;

  1. Cut the tender white stem of the false leek into rings. Pour in some of the seafood brine. Leave for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Beat a raw egg, add 3-4 tablespoons of brine. Pour into a dry, heated frying pan and fry. In this case, the mass should not be baked like a pancake. It must be mixed with a spatula and fried in pieces until golden brown.
