Next, you need to carefully wrap the cut potatoes in foil and place them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

While the potatoes are baking, we need to prepare the ham and sauce: cut the sausage so that it does not stick out much from the potatoes. Sprinkle a little salt, ground black pepper, maybe a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix.

And for the sauce, in a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of curry powder and 2-3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil.
