I don’t think it’s worth telling you about the benefits of cottage cheese. You yourself know this. But how to cook delicious pies with cottage cheese in a slow cooker - I will tell you these recipes in great detail.
Classic pie with cottage cheese in a slow cooker
Kitchen appliances and equipment: dough container, mixer, multicooker.

Cooking sequence
- Grind the cottage cheese with sugar in a deep container.
This is done with a fork or a blender. The better the cottage cheese is ground, the more tender the pie will be. It’s easier to use briquetted cottage cheese for this. - Break the eggs into this container and thoroughly mix until smooth.
- Add sour cream and mix.
If soda is used instead of baking powder, it must be stirred separately and quenched in sour cream. - Mix flour and baking powder.
- Pour the flour into the rest of the mixture and knead the curd dough, which is a fairly thick mass.
- Transfer the dough into an oiled bowl.
- Select the “Baking” function in the multicooker. We set the time on the timer to 55-60 minutes.
- Leave the pie in the turned off and closed slow cooker for 20 minutes.
- We take it out, helping with a steam net.
- You can pour melted chocolate over the pie.
Curd pie made from shortcrust pastry
Shortbread pies have long won many fans around the world. A multicooker can bake it without much hassle. The ingredients you will need:
- Eggs – 3 pcs.;
- Margarine – about 1 pack (170-185 g);
- Granulated sugar –160-180 g;
- Flour – 2 cups (multi);
- Cottage cheese – 2 g;
- Sour cream – a tablespoon (50-60 g);
- A pinch of salt;
- A pinch of soda;
- Vinegar.
First of all, let's prepare the table and necessary utensils. For the dough you will need a deep container (bowl). Add margarine, granulated sugar and a couple of yolks.
These components must be mixed and slightly beaten with a whisk or mixer.
Next, add slaked soda, a pinch of salt, and flour.
The dough must not be kneaded. Next, put it in the freezer for half an hour. However, you shouldn’t overdo it, because after half an hour it will be almost impossible to roll it out.
While the dough is cooling, we begin preparing the filling. In a small container, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, 1 whole egg and the two remaining whites. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork or use a blender.
Take the dough out of the freezer. Line the bowl with parchment paper, then lay out the dough and make sides.
Pour in the filling and activate the “Baking” program. We set the time to 90 minutes, after which it needs to be kept in heating mode for another quarter of an hour.
Chocolate curd pie in a slow cooker
List of ingredients
Dough:
- granulated sugar - 2 tbsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- dry cocoa powder – 2 tbsp;
- wheat flour – 9 tbsp;
- any sour cream – 8-9 tbsp;
- baking powder – 1.5-2 tsp.
- butter/margarine – 50 g;
Filling:
- granulated sugar – 8 tbsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- fat cottage cheese – 0.4 kg;
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- semolina - 2 full tbsp.
Yield: 6 servings. Kitchen appliances and equipment: dough container, mixer, filling container, multicooker. Cooking time: 115 minutes.
Cooking sequence
- Melt butter in a slow cooker. Pour it into another deep vessel. Grease the surface of the bowl with the remaining oil. We do this with a silicone brush or just with our hands.
- Add sour cream and sugar to the container with butter. Bring to homogeneity with a mixer.
- Beat the eggs one at a time and beat for about 2 minutes with a mixer at medium speed.
- Mix all dry ingredients: flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Pour this mixture into the liquid mass.
- Set the mixer to minimum speed and mix everything for no more than a minute. During this time, all the lumps break up and the mass becomes homogeneous.
- For the filling, it is best to use tender cottage cheese in briquettes or coarse-grained fatty cottage cheese.
If the briquetted cottage cheese already contains vanilla, then you don’t need to add any more. Too much filling will make the filling bitter. - Place the cottage cheese in a separate bowl, cover it with regular and vanilla sugar and grind. It’s more convenient to do this with a blender, but a mixer or even a regular fork will do.
- Beat eggs into the curd mass, add semolina and mix well.
- Place half of the brown dough on the bottom of the already greased bowl.
- Stepping back a little from the edges, evenly place the curd filling, which we cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake chocolate pie with cottage cheese in a multicooker at the appropriate setting for 60+40 minutes. When the baking process is finished, leave the closed multicooker for 20 minutes in the heating mode.
- Remove, dust with powdered sugar if desired and cool completely.

Cottage cheese apple pie in a slow cooker
List of products:
- coarse cottage cheese – 200-250 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- wheat flour – 170 g;
- sugar – 140 g;
- one large apple;
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- butter/margarine – 40 g;
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
Syrup:
- granulated sugar – 120-140 g;
- boiled water – 40 ml;
- butter – 40 g.
Yield: 6 servings. Kitchen appliances and equipment: dough container, mixer, multicooker. Cooking time: 125 minutes.
Cooking sequence
- Melt butter in a multicooker bowl. Using a silicone brush, immediately lubricate the surface of the bowl with this oil.
- Pour sugar into the butter and pour in water. Instead of water, you can take freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice.
- Stir and cook for about a minute.
- During this time, cut the washed apple into thin slices.
- Add the slices, mix and turn off the multicooker.
- Place the cottage cheese and pre-softened butter into a separate deep container.
- Beat eggs and add vanilla and regular sugar. Grind all the contents until smooth. It is more convenient to do this with a blender or mixer.
- Mix flour with baking powder and stir into curd mixture.
- Pour the homogeneous batter over the apple slices.
- Bake the cottage cheese pie with apples in a slow cooker for 65 minutes. Use a match to check readiness.
- Turn off the multicooker. Without opening the lid, leave the pie with cottage cheese and caramel apples in the slow cooker for another 10-15 minutes.
- Take a plate of smaller diameter than the bowl. Place on the pie, remove the bowl and turn over. We remove the bowl. You can also do this using a steam net.
- Cool and serve.
Is it possible to make dessert without adding eggs?
If for some reason you want to exclude eggs from the recipe, feel free to do so. A very simple and quick recipe - coke cake with kefir.
You will need:
- Milk – 200 milliliters
- Soda - on the tip of a knife
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin – 1 sachet
- Flour – 400 grams
- Sugar – 300 grams
- Kefir – 250 milliliters
- Coconut flakes – 100 grams
Mix all dry and liquid ingredients . Stir until smooth and pour into the oiled multicooker bowl. Set the “baking” mode for 30 minutes. Cool and remove.
Cooking tips:
- To make the cake soft and airy, try to open the multicooker bowl as little as possible so that it does not settle. If you do this often the dough will become denser.
- Do not try to pick the cake with a knife - you will damage the bowl and food will start to burn on it.
Curd banana pie in a slow cooker
List of ingredients:
- any sour cream – 140-150 g;
- chicken eggs – 3 pcs.;
- salt – a good pinch;
- soft bananas - 2 medium pieces;
- wheat flour – 120 g;
- fat cottage cheese – 0.4 kg;
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- granulated sugar – 100-120 g;
- baking powder – 1 tsp.

Cooking sequence
- Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
- In a mixer bowl, beat cottage cheese with regular sugar and vanilla. Add banana puree and beat again.
- Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add salt and beat for 3-5 minutes.
- Add eggs to banana mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Combine flour with baking powder, mix and pour into a container with the rest of the products. Bring until smooth.
- Transfer the banana-curd dough into an oiled multicooker bowl.
- We bake cottage cheese pie with banana in a slow cooker, setting the “Baking” mode. Set the timer for 50 minutes.
- Without opening the lid, leave to cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Take out the pie.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate if desired. You can melt the chocolate and pour it over the pie.
Cottage cheese with chocolate: a delicious delicacy
Redmond is a fairly popular brand of multicookers. To prepare a delicious chocolate-curd pie in it, you need the following components:
- Chocolate (it is best to take black chocolate with the maximum cocoa content) – 140-160 g;
- Butter – ¾ 200 gram pack;
- Flour – 90-100 g;
- Sugar – 140-150 g;
- Eggs – 4 pcs.;
- Baking powder - half 1 teaspoon;
- A pinch of salt;
- Red pepper - a pinch;
- Cottage cheese – 0.4 kg;
- A packet of vanilla sugar;
- Coconut shavings - a bag.
First of all, you need to melt the chocolate with the butter. The chocolate bar needs to be broken into small pieces and the butter cut. The melted mass should be homogeneous. We set it aside to cool.
While the mass is cooling, proceed to the next stage: beat 3 eggs in a large bowl, to which we gradually add 2/3 of the sugar (approximately 90-100 g). When the sugar has dissolved, start adding the chocolate mass a little at a time and beat for about 5-7 minutes.
Separately mix flour, a pinch of salt, red pepper and baking powder. Mix the ingredients and then pour them into the whipped chocolate mixture. You should get a thick dough.
Mix the cottage cheese, the remaining egg, sugar and vanilla sugar first with a fork, then with a mixer or blender. The structure of the filling should resemble dough. If the result is too liquid, it is recommended to add a little starch.
The last ingredient that is added to the curd mass is coconut. After this, the filling also needs to be mixed.
Grease the bowl or line it with parchment paper. The first layer is a little more than half of the chocolate dough. Next is the curd part. The third part is the remains of the chocolate dough.
For the pie, activate the baking mode for an hour.

- Switch the mixer to low speed and knead the dough.

- We set the mode suitable for baking. We set the timer to 60 minutes, after the sound signal we add another 20.
- Leave the pie under the closed lid for 15-20 minutes in the turned off multicooker.
- When the pie has cooled, you can brush it with sour cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Baking from kefir and cottage cheese: a simple recipe
Probably every home has flour and eggs. These are irreplaceable components of many dishes. Baking is no exception. What will you need to prepare the curd delicacy? Baked goods made from kefir and cottage cheese will turn out tender and tasty, since for cooking you need:
- kefir - 100 ml;
- sifted flour - 1.5 cups;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 120 g;
- sunflower oil - 15 ml;
- baking powder - 5 g;
- cottage cheese - 160 g;
- a little powdered sugar for dusting.

Cooking sequence
- Cut margarine into pieces and soften.
- In a container convenient for kneading the dough, break the eggs, pour in sugar and add margarine. Grind thoroughly.
- Add flour and baking powder. Knead into a soft, manageable dough.
- Grease the bowl. Place the dough by kneading it with your hands along the bottom of the bowl. Raise the sides by two to three centimeters.
- Sprinkle cherries or any other berries with starch.
- Mix and place in a bowl lined with dough.
- To make the filling, put all the remaining ingredients in one container and mix thoroughly. This is more convenient and easier to do with a blender. It is better to take fatty and coarse-grained cottage cheese.
- Carefully pour the filling into the bowl.
- Select the “Baking” mode. First set the timer for 60 minutes, and then add another 20. If the multicooker allows, then set it to 80 minutes at once.
- Do not open the lid during the entire process.
- After all the time has passed, leave the curd pie with berries or cherries in a closed slow cooker for 50-60 minutes.
- We take out the cake, using a steam rack or a plate of smaller diameter than the bowl.
- Turn the filling upside down and cool.
